Kevin was excellent, explaining all of the services available and did a thorough walk-through of our house. We were astonished to learn that we did not have the amount of insulation we needed, and know we will have to fix that. The insulation is only 4 years old, but Kevin showed us a picture of our attic insulation to confirm what we suspected. This is a good service that everyone should have done, whether you decide to purchase or not. Everyone needs to know their level of energy efficiency in their home.

I love my air conditioner it’s the best quality my install was very smooth!! They also put a tankless unit I’ve never not had to wait on hot water until now this is surreal!!

Allen did a wonderful job on my electrical work! He came out on initial site visit and planned out a wonderful plan to get my job done. Then we scheduled another day to get the job done with him not having to do a rush job. He ran me through all the necessary changes made and work looked and operated as planned!

He is the B.E.S.T. service advisor is have had in my home in the 9 years I have lived here. He came out 2 days ago said he’ll be back same day never came back didn’t call to give heads up I had to call him when he said he was in traffic he’ll be back the next morning early .. next day came he didn’t arrive early called afternoon he said he’ll be here around 12-1 never showed lied said he was outside for 10 mins and rind and knocked but I was sitting in living all day never heard anything .. and than he says he was outside for 2 hrs very unprofessional and if you’re in the heat I wouldn’t recommend bc he has no urgency at all this is exactly why I don’t support black owned businesses

Writing this as they're applying the finishing touches on our new AC unit.

So we had some AC problems and the first technician came take a look and they replaced an old part. The air felt coolish and we though it would just take time to get colder. Absolutely not the case, it kept at stayed at around 80 degrees. Next day, the same technician came out and put in some freon. Fast forward about two hours and we hear a loud noise from my AC unit, I guess something literally blew up, the grass around the AC unit has turned yellow. So I'm think screw this technician

This is where Son of Man Air and Heat comes into the picture. I had heard about them from a family friend. So they come out the next day and installed a completely new unit for definitely a fair price, especially since it was so sudden. They're a small family owned business and they are not only professional but also friendly. I had a wonderful experience and I get a sense that they genuinely want to help people. If I'm ever in need for anything related to air conditioning, I feel comfortable calling them.

Terrible customer service, Son of Man made an appointment and did not show up , i had to call again , once he got there he stated that he didnt dont perform previous work he did , until i showed him a receipt, then he still denied doing the work, I allowed him to fix the problem and he charged me and 5 hrs later AC did not work , And Son of Man ( Casey ) never responded. Do not use this Company for your AC needs their're not reliable and do not stand behind their work.

Two electricians showed up on time and prepared to work. Proper equipment and parts where with them at the time of service, including ladder. Main job of replacing 2 light switches turned out that only one needed replacing. I've had repair people before that would not have been as honest with me on what needed replacing. I appreciate honestly. Pricing was very reasonable. I will use them again.

The technician arrived promptly and expertly installed my new thermostat, enhancing my home's comfort significantly.
