Everything was perfect from calling in, to having the issue fixed! They were very up front with pricing so I knew exactly what to expect. They were able to see us same day, and even sooner than I expected due to a cancellation. Byron was very knowledgeable and friendly! We will be using them again for future AC needs!

Our unit overflowed into our drain pan, leaked into our attic and through our kitchen ceiling on a Saturday evening. I scheduled a visit online and the guys were here first thing Monday morning. They replaced what needed to be replaced and took extra steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again. They were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tiger Air!

Very happy with the service. Our technician Moshe came out in the evening to evaluate the broken AC and explained what our options were very clearly. We had a brand new unit installed the very next day. The crew were excellent and took the time to clean up after they were done. Very grateful to the company for helping us out so quickly.

Mark Figueroa he is very knowledgeable walked me through the whole process. Made sure that I knew exactly what was going on in a non-condescending way because I really didn’t know anything. I actually feel happy that I’m spending my money to get this problem addressed properly and fixed. I will definitely use Mark and his crew on all my properties.

Returned from long trip to find AC not working and a very hot house. Tiger was able to send a tech within hours who replaced a faulty thermostat. The house cooled off right away. Will definitely call them again.

This is the second time I have used them and both times they were quick and didn’t charge an arm and a leg to get it back running. I called them with the service call on 9/15/25 around 1pm and by 3-4pm my AC was back running. The gentlemen that serviced me on 9/15/25 is named Sam. He was very sociable, offering great information, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Would like to have him come back when I have other future issues!

I had an issue with a pipes leaking outside and into the pan in the attic. We’ve had different techs out here in the past and it looks like they only put a bandaid on the issue. Mo figured out that our pipes were secured in the wrong places, that they were essentially switched. They stayed longer to fix the issue and charged us an extremely fair price. Really happy with them!

Kevin came to do a fall furnace maintenance & checkup for the upcoming cold weather. He meticulously went through both systems checking the blowers, amperage draw, gas flow, safety switches, & burners. He is a great technician, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Answered all of my questions & explained all of his procedures for the service. As always, Tiger Air & their staff exceeded our expectations!!!

On Saturday, I made an online appointment and received a phone call Monday morning from a very lovely Mallory at 8:00am. She said I could have somebody at my home at 9 AM. Ruben and Kevin were on time and did an hour of diagnostics and proactive efforts to make sure my AC is in tiptop working condition. As a result of my confidence in these two technicians, I have become a Tiger Air customer for life.

We had Reuben visit us and he was incredibly polite, very helpful and professional. He’s a great asset for Tiger and we enjoyed meeting him. We paid for the basic plan as it seemed better value.

Excellent company – Tiger Air and Heating!

Our upstairs unit stopped working late at night—around 9:00PM. We called Tiger Air and Heating, and Eli arrived promptly by 9:30 PM. By 11:00 PM, he had diagnosed the issue, replaced the thermostat, and had the air conditioner up and running again.

Incredible customer service. Eli was professional, efficient, and—most importantly—honest. He could have easily claimed it was a more expensive repair, but he didn’t. That kind of integrity is rare.

Highly recommend Tiger Air and Heating—and Eli in particular. We’ll definitely be using them again!
