They are are company to call on when you need your a.c worked on also your heat worked on. There delivery driver is great.

If you need a company to do an inspection on your ac system, don’t call them! It is useless.

I had an technician before them saying that my system was not ok, they came and they said that no actions was required.

Now, less than 3 months “suddenly” I have no gas!

They installed our AC pretty quickly and did a great job.When A problem came up with the unit .they came the day I called them and fixed the unit. If another issue comes I trust they will stand by their warranty and resolve the issue.

I've been a customer for 10 years, and this is the most honest, hard-working group of people I ever met. The service is fast and reasonably priced. I would give more stars if I could.

This business hit my parked car causing over two thousand dollars worth of damage, and are now refusing to give their insurance company any info allowing us to move forward in the claims process.

We are thoroughly pleased with the work provided by Town East. Not only did they communicate in a timely manner, they performed complicated replacements very efficiently. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work and will continue to use their services in the future.

Truck 558 drive like an absolute jackass. He probably needs to be fired for his complete lack of safety on the roads and handed a few tickets. Absolutely moronic that somebody would drive in such a manner in a company vehicle, with easily identifiable company name and vehicle number.

Kirby was excellent and very professional. He did an outstanding job, very satisfied with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend this business for all your Heating and A/C needs, and will definitely use them in the future.

I had this company send an associate to my work place to check a simple wall mounted air conditioning unit. The associate was very unprofessional and after a brief inspection proceeded to constantly curse and complain. He stated that he would take the unit apart but he did not want to break anything so instead he performed a mediocre cleaning of the unit and stated that was all he could do. The incompetence and lack of motivation from the employee was staggering. He basicly gave up on the job before it began. The only positive thing I can say is he did clean up after himself. I recommend to never use this company for your air conditioning needs.

Purchased 6 new Carrier Units for our New building with Town East. Total of about 70 tons. Building your own building is no small feat and I can just saw "wow" when it comes to the level of professionalism and workmanship quality with Town East. Perry, Jeff and just the entire Town East team is amazing.

When we started this project were were quite concerned after hearing from others on the fights between roofers and HVAC companies on who to blame for any leaks. It's some what unavoidable as there are so many contractors involved in new construction so right from the get go we tackled this up front and made sure that the roofers and Town East had good communication and they did a fantastic job. Did we have leaks? Yup. Who's fault was it? The Electricians!

Throughout the entire processes Town East was not only on top of everything but did everything with a smile and absolute grace.

If you are doing anything commercial pick these guys. Find and call me if you want tips on the whole process.

Sent a guy out to clean coils. They said they were charging extra to clean up after the previous tech's coil cleaning. Sent him away,, never to return again!!!! Typical ploy for single women.
So predictable.

We have a service contract with this place, called last week to say our unit is not cooling, was promised a service call Friday. Technician arrived said all animals needed to be put up and was less than friendly, probably having a bad day. Reported problem to office, was told a tech would be there Monday, no show, follow up call Tuesday, Jason said they were very busy and maybe Wed, but no promises and maybe we would like to find another provider. My comment was "then why do we have a contract with you?" Jason said he was having trouble keeping up with his calls. No show, no call today.

I reached out to Town East and Kirby to replace the old ducts and plenums on one of our attic systems. He had saved the day a few years ago when another HVAC vendor botched the installation of our new heat pump so I felt very comfortable reaching out to him again for this job.

Once again, Kirby and his crew did an excellent job. He gave us an accurate assessment of the system and provided a competitive quote for the scope of the work. We talked through our options for improving the air flow to our kids' bedrooms and came up with a solution that solved the issue. The air flow, quality and temperature are much better now throughout the house.

The next time I need work on our HVAC systems, I will definitely rely on Town East and Kirby to do a quality job at a fair price.

Town East has been maintaining our 20 years old AC and 30 years old furnace for the past 20 years, which we wanted to replace for a more efficient system. Kirby from Town East gave us a competitive quote on a Carrier system. Town East did a good job on the installation, arriving on time, Kirby did an outstanding job making sure that everything is installed correctly and the crew also checked the attic ducts and fixed/replaced any leaks and anything loose, and finally checked that the system works correctly with the new thermostat. Kirby did not try to upsell equipment not necessary, but was more than happy to quote/install if asked/requested. New HVAC system has been running great for the last month, we are very happy.

I've lived in HOT Dallas area for over 25 years ... used HOUCK, Joplin and others to service my 3 AC units for years. Based on sub-par service from both of them I turned to Town East Heating & AC. They just replaced the 2nd old AC unit for us and what great service, expertise and value. I will never use another company. They fixed issues that others "said" they fixed but never did! Call Town East for dependable, honest service!!!

I have used Town East for many years for my home and businesses, and I am so disappointed in them. They came out to service my business, sent a tech that had no idea what he was doing, and then charged me over $500 for the service call and said that it would require two men a full day to clean and repair a 3 year old air conditioner for an additional $1700.
Then, they jacked me around for over 3 weeks, finally telling me they did not want to do the job.
I called another company and they had the unit cleaned and running perfectly for $350 the next day.
This company is no longer reputable and i wonder how much of the thousands of dollars worth of work they have done for me has been unnecessary!

I called the day before to have someone come check my system, and they came out the next day. It turned out the Freon was only low by a pound, but I went ahead with the refill to prevent any issues over the summer. When I received the bill, I was surprised to see a $155 service charge along with other unexpected fees. I was never told there would be a charge just for coming out, which was frustrating. Lesson learned: always ask ahead of time what is the fee just to check the system.
Forgot to mention most places show you a picture of what the freon was before and then after, they did not do so. Ask for s photo, I was so mad at the additional fee I forgot to ask for the photo. 🤦‍♂️
