His professionalism and expertise were evident, leaving me incredibly grateful and cool once more. Highly recommended!

Huge thanks to Tiger Air for their amazing service! My bedroom AC, which is connected to a Nest, kept turning on and off, and it was driving me crazy. They came out the same day and stayed for a few hours to really diagnose the issue. I appreciated how patient and thorough they were, explaining everything clearly and giving me different options to fix it based on cost. They were professional, kind, and super communicative the whole time. Couldn’t be happier with the service—highly recommend!

Call Tiger Air at 4:31pm and they arrived at 4:51pm! Moshe was my technician. He wasted no time in evaluating the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Given their outstanding response to my problem and the technician who was very polite and professional, Tiger Air is the only AC & Heat company that I'd recommended!

Kevin was an amazing help and made sure to explain everything to me in such a way I also understood what was going on!

These guys are great. Had the air go out on a Saturday and they had a tech out here next day. Moshe was fantastic and made sure he didn’t leave until everything was up and running well. He really knows his stuff and his level of customer service is unmatched.

I contacted Tiger Air on a Sunday of an holiday weekend and unfortunately they did not have anyone that could help that day. I told them not to worry and continued to look for someone who could. Unfortunately I had no luck. The next morning Tiger Air contacted me to see if I had gained because they had a tech available. Byron came out, he was so polite, friendly and efficient. The minute we told him the issue he told us what he thought the problem was and he was right. He had the part required in his truck and fixed it right away. Excellent experience with Tiger Air!!! (And we have worked w many HVAC companies last 35 years)

We have been in our current home almost 30 years. We have replaced all units at least once and a couple twice. We are still looking for that HVAC company that we can trust and build a long term business relationship. Today, with Tiger Air, we found our people!! We have friends and neighbors who have referred us and I am so very glad I listened.

An A/C unit was not cooling. I was given next day appointment (called after lunch). Who likes to wait a window of time for a home repair? They did exactly as they said, followed up w text that morning and called 30 minutes prior to arrival! Our tech, Byron was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, clean, and methodically looked for the problem while explaining what and why he was looking. He found that we needed a new connector for compressor. This part / labor was priced fairly. After replacing the new part he inspected 8 yr old unit. He reported honestly that unit looked quite good/ strong / temps on point. He also showed me old part and Explained the damage to that part. Possibly how it could happen. He also showed me the new part. Very professional and reassuring to a customer ;especially a new customer). He answered all my questions and did not rush me at all. We are very pleased with today’s service and look forward to building a long term HVAC relationship with Tiger Air! Not too soon tho! 🤣

Mendy was fantastic! He had to deal with my mother who was in the attic with him wanting declog something herself to save money. Bless him! Very knowledgeable and gave insight on how to alleviate this issue for my ac unit in the future.

Prompt service. Mo was an excellent technician, found the problem with our mini-split and rectified it. The only reason I don't give y'all 5 stars is the cost was more than quoted as it took over an hour and a half to complete the repair and the quote only covered the first 45 minutes. I'm happy, satisfied, and would use you again.

Tiger Air had prompt service. I called after hours and someone picked up the phone (didn’t have to leave a voicemail). I was put on the schedule for the next morning. Byron, the tech, was at my house by 9:30am. He was courteous and polite and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I believe the whole thing took less than an hour and now my AC is working perfectly.
