The technician provided excellent service. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure the air conditioner was working properly before leaving. He explained everything clearly and even helped me set up the app on my phone so I could control the system. I really appreciated the extra time he took to make sure everything was working and that I understood how to use it. Great service all around.

I had great service with Strongtower. My AC went out one July and it was hot as hades. I had to replace because it had the old Freon. They got me up and running the same day! I’d recommend to others in the Dallas area

I was delighted with the honesty and helpfulness of Strongtower - they saved me a fortune. Previous technicians tried telling me that my unit was “on the fritz” and I was going to keep having problems until I replaced it.

After my unit cut out in back to back weekends, I called Strongtower hoping to shop around for full replacement quotes. But after a quick inspection, Kevin gave me options the previous guys didn’t - like a simple cleaning service. Thankfully that cleaning service got us up and running and here we are 6 months later with the same “on the fritz” unit the other guys wanted to replace. Strongtower is the first and only team I’ll call next time.

Our heating problem was fixed quickly by Dallas Cooling & Heating. The technician worked efficiently. Very satisfied with the service.

Our technician was Jon and he was very polite and knew his stuff. He was very professional. While nobody wants to spend that kind of money, we were very appreciative of Everflow and Jon.
