Where do I start!? Tallex was incredible! When everyone wanted to charge me $69 for a service call, Tallex offered a free inspection. He understands what it means to put your customers first! This is so important, trust me! He went on to give me sound advice about my fireplace and chimney issues, provided his professional recommendation what I need to do, and did his work — chimney sweep and chimney cap install — with a spirit of excellence and competitive pricing. AirFlux Solutions just recently put a new roof on my house, and the whole process--from start to finish--was done quickly, thoroughly, and professionally, and the roof looks wonderful. I was anxious about insurance paying, as I already had things in place to change insurance companies when I discovered I needed a new roof. Thales and his partner assured me they would handle everything quickly, and they did. On the day of installation, they arrived early, covered all the bushes/plants/grass near the house--and were done before evening. I am very pleased and am happy to recommend them.
