I recently purchased a house in Dallas, once I moved in and started using my A/C I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling I reached out to Blue Ladder and someone came out the same day. Clogged drain line was my issue. I was told that getting an annual maintenance would’ve been a good way to catch an issue like this and would’ve prevented the ugly spot on my ceiling. Of course I’ll be getting a maintenance done annually from now on. Thanks Blue Ladder👍🏻

They've come through for me again after an AC outage during a heat wave. Showed up the next day and had the air running again in under an hour!

My colleague recommended to use them. And I can't be more happier with the results that I got after using them. Will on go with them in future for sure.

Called Friday for an appointment. Tech called back stating they could not fit me in but to call Tuesday (after memorial day) and I would be fit in immediately. Called back Tuesday, told I couldn't be seen til at least Wednesday. Moving on to another company that wants my business and honors their agreements.

We have been their customer for over 20 years, and they are great about working with us when help is really needed. Tech is friendly, really does a good job and is honest about any problem.
