I wrote part one on 6/23/2025, This is part two i want to talk more about the very nice and friendly and professional the representative Mrs. Jenni Breles she come to my house to help me fill out the application, it only took 5 minutes and i was approved. she was very patient with me because i ask her about 15-20 questions. The split hvac system she took the time to explained the hvac system to me three time to me. Then she took pictures all room and air ducts in my house, Then she clamp a ladder in three inch shoe on, to go up in a very hot attic to do a complete inspection all the air ducts in the attic. I only writes this part two because i never seen a woman clamp a ladder to go in very very hot attic to do a inspection. I was very impressed she said it part of her job. Thank You Mrs. Jenni Bresle

Ramon came out to fix the duct work on my system. He was very courteous and professional. He even took the time to explain what he was doing, and why he was doing it. 10/10 Recommend Ramon anytime he comes out to work on my AC system.

Kadryn and Alyssa came out and got straight to work. They were very friendly and were able to fix the AC without any problems. It’s working great now. 10/10 would recommend!!

We recently contacted Silver Spur to address some ongoing plumbing issues in our home. I was expecting to need some extensive and expensive work done, based upon what I had been told by a previous plumber. Daniel explained the cause of our ongoing issues in laymen's terms and was able to resolve our problems without the extensive work that the previous plumber had tried to upsell us on. Daniel is a "plumber's plumber", and it was a pleasure to be helped by someone who clearly loves what they do! I cannot recommend Silver Spur highly enough. Based upon this experience, we will be scheduling them soon to look at our HVAC system.

Kadryn was professional and genuine! He could have been lazy and just closed out the job quickly however he diligently identified my issue with my air that had been damaged from rodents and improperly installed and quickly fix the issue. Now my room is blowing snowballs in the summer time!❄️❄️

I called Silver Spur for a plumbing issue that I had at my home. From the person that answered the phone to the master plumber Daniel and Tryston that came out in record time to take a look at my problem (or two…) They even had the necessary part on the truck! They showed up super fast, fixed in a flash, even took the time to explain thing, gave me tips to prevent future problems. They really went above and beyond and it’s so rare to find a company with professionals who really genuinely care. I am so grateful. Dane Jorgensen with Silver Spur gave me an estimate on a new HVAC unit for my home today. He is very professional and knowledgeable about many systems. He can compare units and explain the differences to a customer very easily. I have a lot of confidence in Dane. I’m waiting on one more estimate but I have a feeling that I will go with Dane and Silver Spur.

My journey with them began with Charles, but it was Yolanda who brought it to a fantastic close. I mean, seriously, she's a rock star! She went above and beyond to try and get me approved. Even after we hit a dead end, she still reached out days later with advice and support. You can tell this team genuinely wants to help you. I recently had some plumbing issues at my home, and I’m so glad I called Silver Spur. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. I worked directly with Justin and Daniel, and both were fantastic—clear, thorough communicators who made sure I understood everything that needed to be done before any work started.

They sent out Trystan and Aaron to complete the repairs, and these guys were amazing. Not only were they prompt and efficient, but they were also incredibly kind and respectful throughout the entire process. They had the job done quickly and left everything tidy and in perfect working order.

It’s rare these days to find a company that’s this dependable and pleasant to work with. I truly can’t recommend Silver Spur enough—if you need plumbing or AC work done, these are the people to call!

I've had two AC units installed by Silver Spur in the last three years. Great prices, great service, highly professional.

In Aug 2021 we paid $5,500 for a Goodman gas upflow system per our invoice, but later learned a Lennox unit was installed instead. Since installation, we’ve spent hundreds each year on service calls due to ongoing issues. We were eventually told the system was installed upside down, which was never explained.

In Oct the unit failed again. We were told it needed a control board covered under warranty but that it was on backorder for months. A second licensed HVAC company told us the part was in stock, but refused to repair it because an upflow gas system was installed upside down in a downflow application, creating a serious safety hazard for our tenant.

Very concerning experience regarding transparency, workmanship, and safety. We are still seeking an appropriate resolution.
