Jim has been out to service my heating and a/c twice. He is very professional and friendly, takes care of problems easily, and is very careful about not tracking through the house. He is also a great representative for Hays Heating and Cooling. THE BEST AMONG THE REST!!

Normally technicians would come, diagnose the issue, provide quotations and walk away with diagnosis cost but this tech was prepared with spare tools in his cab and fixed entire unit. They did an energy makeover of our house that brought our 1960’s cooling system way into the 21st century, adding much comfort and value to our home. Jim is great. I knew him when I made a service call on my furnace, after three other technicians from different companies came out and did not solve the problem. He so nice and didn't take advantage of my situation but provided great service. He serviced my air conditioner and also helped me make the best choice on how to keep our air conditioner in good condition. Highly recommend him and Hays Heating and Cooling.
