What a joke of a company. I know for a fact one of the most dishonest and unlikable companies in the D/FW area. If you use these people cancel all contracts and take your money elswhere.
A destroyer of trust, integrity and the many family's that have worked there. I have never seen another company have a turnover of employee's in such a short period of time.If you use this contractor you will be sorry.

Train your drivers seriously. Reckless driving on a highway literally pushing me out of my lane. You’d think that if you had a van you should be more considerate of the cars around you. Actually absurd

I’ve heard nothing but good things about this company! I personally have worked with Mike out of Denali in past jobs. Mikes real knowledgeable, reliable, helpful, and great customer service.

Denali was great to work with. From the front office to the service techs everyone was professional. The best part is that they offer great service and pricing.

Maybe you should retrain employees who drive your company vehicles your core values. Reckless driving in your vehicles doesn’t support what your values claim. If I see a vehicle promoting a business and they drive like your employees I wouldn’t use or recommend your services. They represent your company.

Our AC went out and they were given a call. They arrived first thing in the morning. The serviceman was professional and took his time to review and determine the problem. He was able to explain what was wrong and to have it repaired that day. I was very appreciative of their quick response.

Mike Charlton was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose the problem I was having with my heater over the phone and was able to walk me through how to get the heater working again. As long as Mike works there I will have to say it’s the best place to have work done by.

Not sure how I got specifically to Denali CS, but from the person taking my call to the tech who talked me through some troubleshooting on the phone (for over 15 minutes), to getting Sergio out to determine what exactly was the problem, it was fast, easy, and rather than selling me a new unit (which I know I'm going to need soon), I got an honest opinion of what was the problem and options for getting the unit up and running vs. replacing it.
Sergio was professional and knowledgeable. When he didn't know something, he said as much. He diagnosed the problem, tested it, and repaired it. He gave me sound advice and options for using Denali CS in the future.
Thank for not ruining my holiday budget!

Can’t say enough great things about Denali and their team! Sergio was able to come out the same day to fix our flue pipe related to our furnace that potentially could have caused carbon monoxide build up. He went out of his way to check and ensure that the pipe and the rest of the heating system was safely operating. I highly recommend them!

This was my second time using Denali. The whole team is very professional. Johnathan, the service manager set up my appointments with technicians and both technicians were amazing. My last one was Jorge Ascensio, he was on time, knowledgeable, personable and very helpful! I will request him again.

We are giving Denali our highest rating. We had a company we loved previously but our technician retired and we had to find someone new. Denali was punctual, explained what they were doing, had no hidden fees or agenda. Sergio was excellent to work with. So nice to find an honest, capable business we can trust.

I highly recommend Sergio and Denali CS for HVAC maintenance. Sergio inspected my heating system and notified me that the various parts are in good condition (that he didn't see anything concerning). We talked about the average lifespans of the different parts of an HVAC system. Sergio was very informative and helpful. He did not try to upsell anything unlike the last company. I used the company that installed my HVAC system for annual maintenance (with their membership program) for a decade. However, every time they came out, they suggested two or more things to add/change - including an entire HVAC replacement at year 8. I appreciate how honest Sergio was. Thank you!

I have had their technicians out twice, once for plumbing and once for an AC issue. They are the best company I have dealt with each time. Great techs, quick service and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

They cleaned my air conditioner for what seemed a fair price. The HVAC technician was thorough and friendly. They got me in last minute before a holiday weekend. Air works great now!
