Why they set you on hold on Saturday if yall are closed the others stores said they are closed right away

Didn't show up on time to open, didn't check and see if they actually had the part they assured me they had, and were fairly unapologetic about it. Wasted my time and the time of my technicians. Go to Plano gemaire it's worth the trip to know you will get what you ordered.

Would not recommend. The guy with white Toyota Tacoma is very rude. Asked him a very simple favor to move his truck over one parking spot so I could back my semi trailer up to the dock and he refused. First thing in the morning he hadn’t even got out of his truck yet and he chose rudeness. What he replied was unnecessary. Probably a demonstration of how this company does business.
