Be extra careful shopping here. Todd and Pedro sold us an extremely damaged evaporator coil and did not honor it. This is the only place I’ve heard of that you have to sign a “not damaged” form. Hmmm, wonder why… Pedro saw the same thing my technician saw (based on the video footage) and didn’t say a word. I won’t ever come here again. This place is terrible. We got told “they all come in damaged” and pretty much got told to F off. Had to spend money on top of what I already spent for this damaged coil to get my customer a coil that was not damaged.
