Regular fall HVAC maintenance. The tech was very friendly and thorough. He had a problem reinstalling the cover over the filters (always a bit tricky), and drilled a hole in the HVAC unit for the temperature measurement (which according to a net search is not unusual but apparently had not been necessary for the past 18 years (= 36 maintenance calls) of this HVAC).

Great service overall. They showed up when they said they would, figured out the issue quickly, and got things working again with good pricing. I’d use them again.
