I called in today just to get some general pricing for an item I was needing for a job. When I called in, I spoke to a charismatic gentleman named Fred. Fred was so helpful & answered all my questions. Aside from that he chatted with me for a few minutes and honestly he had me laughing. It feels good to know that there are people out here just trying to put a smile on someones face not even knowing who they are. Everyone needs a Fred in their place of business. Good energy, positive vibes & it comes with the white hair. THANK YOU FRED!

I called RC Plumbing due to what appeared to be a plumbing leak and they sent Wade Benson out right away. I appreciate Wade‘s professionalism and clear communication. While the issue didn’t turn out to be a plumbing leak and could possibly be something with the HVAC or roof, he provided valuable advice and guidance on the next steps to take. His honesty and expertise helped me better understand the situation, which I really appreciate.

My name is Connie Taylor and I go by CR. 11/15/2024 We had service by technician Aaron who was knowledgable and performs well. We paid and Aaron said another person was coming back between 6-9 pm to take pictures of pipe and they would put the toilet back on. No one showed up and no one called to say why. So at 11:30 the same night we still waiting. Reached out several time with calls and text; still no response. We are really disappointed with this service and lack of respect for this customer. Left my toilet off and no one came to put it back. That the least they could have done.

Junior Aviles was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He kept us informed and showed us what he was doing throughout the entire process. He also provided us good information for maintenance so that we can prevent the issue happening again. Great service, I would highly recommend.

Douglass is a lifesaver! I called RC Pros yesterday based on valpak coupon for a $69 drain cleaning & also requested a leak detection at 130p and was given 2p-6p service appt. Allen came at 515p and stated I needed to simply replace the toilet & he knew nothing about my other request due to the notes left ( Although scheduler called & we discussed in detail). My confidence was shakey at that point but based on addl conversation, I was sold the Hydro cleaning over the snake cleanout to begin a resolution, and an 8a-12 appt for a free camera inspection to proceed the next morning. Unfortunately, we intead awoke to a larger problem of standing water from the front of the house to the rear with an issue I feel was aggrevated by the prior service. In a panic, I called RC x2 before the receptionist/ scheduler called back & I was told I "wasnt on the schedule" but give her time to contact supervisors. I called my standard plumber to probably take over but then Douglass stepped in.
He showed up to follow up pretty quickly. He was prepared, knowledgeable and extremely patient with the situation and knew how to quickly identify, and advised a plethera of options on an overall resolution to my original issues. He went above & beyond where he did not have to ,in some cases,while he was here. My confidence is restored and I do not feel as overwhelmed.
This company in general seems to care about the homeowner & not just the sale. I am impressed with the expedient followup of an issue that may not have been 'perfectly' handled as well as both individuals working for fair & comfortable pricing.

The service technician came after we called him and he was kind and knowledgeable. He gave me all the options of fixing my toilet and I decided to let him do the job .

They couldn’t provide a quote over the phone and, when they showed up, asked for $500, which we declined. We then called another company that quoted $85 over the phone, came the next day, and completed the job. Paid and done.

Major drain repair. Competitive price throughly explained. Showed up on time and we are on day 2 if a 3 day process. So far, workmanship is well executed with very minimal disruption in the household
