Douglass Wolf did an excellent job installing the waterline for my new fridge. He was fast, thorough and cleaned up after he completed the job.

I’ve used all Masters Plumbing for several years and I’m never disappointed. Junior was terrific. He called to tell me when to expect him. And he was helpful and courteous I have recommended All Masters to several of my friends and neighbors. You won’t be disappointed.

Josh B was great and got my angle stop replaced. Couldn't get my water fully turned off but still got it replaced without making a mess. He was very professional and knew how to get the job done.

After the initial drain clean did not work and my laundry room flooded again , Junior Aviles came and used a camera to detect the problem and solved it . He was efficient, knowledgeable and very kind. He was very honest and personable. Not your average plumber. Definitely will
Use him in the future and happily recommend!

I’m the facilities manager at an office near downtown Dallas. The tech that came out arrived exactly when he said he would and made quick work with the problem. He couldn’t have been more polite and professional. He explained what the problem was and kept me informed of what he was doing. He made suggestions and observations that I wouldn’t have thought of. I don’t look forward to more plumbing issues but when it happens, these people will be the first ones I call.

Came out on August 30th and repairman said he would come back today the 4th to finish the job. He never showed up. Had to call the office and found out he never put it in the system. Finally came back out but it was a different guy and our sink base is not usable anymore. The bottom of it is completely gone. He tore it out. The bottom drawer of the drawer base doesn't work can't get the drawer all the way back in plus the oven got messed up when he pulled it out. The oven for doesn't even open

Got me an appointment pretty fast for some sewer work, to deal with a clogged and overflowing canalization. $89 + trip which ended up being fairly reasonable. Work was done fast, no problem since them. Tech was nice and efficient. Didn’t try to push for more work to be done. Also included a free camera inspection at a later date

Douglass Wolf came to our home on icy roads to help us with our hot water heater. He did a great job and let us know exactly what was going on with our heater. Very knowledgeable. Thankful for his expertise and workmanship.

I was not happy with the individual that come out to check my hot water heater. He did not check it whatsoever. He looked at it. He said yeah it’s not running. He looked at the date that I installed it so you need a new hot water heater and he left, Yet I still had hot water in the house he never checked anything. All he saw was the date that was installed. No it was old said I needed a new hot water heater, Yeah, I still had hot water in the house. It was just simply the alarm that was going off alerting me that there was a problem with the hot water heater. That’s why I called to get someone to check it out that did not happen. The two men that installed my new hot water heater did a wonderful job. I was very impressed with the work they did and while I do not feel, I should be giving a review on this this early after the repair I feel like in this case I’m OK and given the repair early after the repair As far as referring the company because of the first individual that come out and did not do his job. I could not refer the company and will not likely use the company again.

A kind soul, real glad I got to meet him. Did a great job. Showed that he really cares about what he does. Very professional and took his time ensuring the job was right. I feel like a better job of communicating could be done between them and the city when it comes to time frames of arrivals for inspections but Bubba explained that also. I'm just glad to have heat again. Very thankful. Kind of pricey but hey if you want it done right then peace of mind is what you'll get.

MP Daniel Moncrief came I would 24 hours we notified them the night before we had a storm and noticed a weird sound from the hot water heater closet that the flu was completely off. They kindly put an appointment came by the next morning and fix it or no charge. very nice pleasant courteous appreciate them very much. They did a great job as well as Serena the encore. It was very attentive and kept me up-to-date on their availability.
