The guys did an incredible job and after their repair work, the whole thing now looks brand new… even Better than it was before they came out…couldn’t be happier!!! Will use again for absolute sure

Douglas wolf is an outstanding Plumbing technician. He did everything that he said he would do and then some. He didn't leave until he made sure everything was perfect will the newly installed washing machine Faucets in the laundry room.

Douglas gave us a helpful assessment. Arrived on time and got to work. Cleaned a line. Explained all processes and got us a quote quickly. Thinking about epoxy lining our cast iron

We had a sink clog. Douglass wolf from All Master came over and did the inspection. He walked me through the options and the price. He did and an Excellent Service of cleaning the whole drain. Thank you so much for your service. I will surely recommend All Masters for future service.

Junior was fantastic. We communicated very well with each other. He obviously knows his stuff. However, I choked on the price. I know plumbing is expensive... But wow! 😳 Again Junior was great. Buy him lunch on me.

Great plumbing group in Dallas. They came help out to my house and helped with my pipe leak, and were super attentive and quick. They fixed it up, left no messes. All around great service!

Mark showed up on time as expected; he listened to my request; unfortunately, the booking and dispatch systems are not connected, and as a result he did not have the equipment to inspect or hydrojet our french drain solution; he offered to book the appropriate team. This review is for Mark; if the website offers a promo and a customer books the promo dispatch and the plumber sent should know about it. I’m glad he did not suggest a service fee

All Masters Plumbing has been fantastic! I have had to call them three times to work on my laundromat, and all three times they were there quickly, did excellent work, and were reasonably priced.

Pretty Disappointed in the service I received. Was supposed to have a plumber out last night & they didn’t show up as promised. (It was too late & too far away I was told.). Very unprofessional. Then why tell me you’re coming if you don’t?!

The technician asked me if I was elderly, & I have no clue why he wanted to know that. Then he just stopped communicating with me. (I had a clogged sink that wasn’t draining properly.) Today they sent me another technician who told me my sink needed a procedure that’s $1250 but said he could “probably get it down to $800.” I told him I needed the price kept close to $200, & he ended up charging me $300. I could be wrong, but I don’t believe he was honest. And I was told they would “waive the service call fee.”) Yeah, right! Where are the HONEST people?! Be careful with this company! I believe I was mislead.

We discovered a water leak in both our hot and cold water lines and called on a Saturday. Bill Schneider did an excellent job repairing the lines in our crawl space first thing Monday. He was timely, thorough, and communicated clearly throughout the process.

Bill went above and beyond by insulating our exposed PEX piping without being asked, double-checking all of his work, and performing a thorough inspection that gave us real peace of mind. Get this man a free lunch—the insulation work alone was outstanding!

I would have given five stars, but there was a minor scheduling hiccup on Sunday. That said, everything was straightened out promptly on Monday.

Decided to give them a try because of their $89 special. When I booked the service I clearly asked about the special and was not told of additional changes. Apparently they do have hidden pricing. The actual cost is $178 including the dispatch fee. Tech also tried to up-sell me on $1000 water jet line cleanout. Their technicians service was alright.
I manage a few rentals and will not be calling them again.

On a positive note they did follow up with me (so I added one more star) and said that the tech was unaware of the special.

I have a leak in the main line under my house. My repair team has been timely and they work hard. They're polite, professional and the invasive aspects to get to my pipes has been minimal. I'm very happy with the service zim receiving. The only thing that is preventing me from giving a 5-star review is that I feel the pricing gcould be more competitive.

Thomas Sherrod came out to do a camera inspection of drains at my home. He was very knowledgeable and explained things so I understood. Prepared 2 estimates. I'll be hiring All Masters to do the work after the first of the year. Thomas was great!

We had an emergency call and this team was all over it. Our tech, Joshua, was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. We had a diagnosis within an hour of placing the original call. I hope we never have to, but if we experience another plumbing emergency, we will definitely be calling All Masters again!!

Junior was very helpful ,efficient and very honest. Explained everything well and was very personable. We will definitely be using him in the future. We had a different plumber out the day before and was not able to resolve our plumbing problems. Highly recommend!

Thomas and Austin were amazing. They were professional, experienced, and creative. They found a solution to our problem that was/is both within our budget and a real, long term solution. We have an older house with lots of old-growth trees. It’s beautiful, but a plumbing nightmare. I’ve worked with countless companies (Milestone, Baker bros, and many others). All Masters is now our go-to company. Their talent and expertise is matched with their big company capabilities but feels like a family-owned business.
