AJ Boggs, Nathan, Don the plumber and the whole crew were all great. I was kept informed throughout the process and they were very accessible and professional.

Foundation repair is NOT fun. It is VERY expensive. But with that said, all the workers are very polite & work hard to keep things as neat and unharmed as possible.in
Our house is now level again. Our doors close properly & our baseboards meet the flooring again.

Our family purchased a house that had foundation work done with this company, so we also were transferred their warranty. After a few years, we encountered foundation problems & a few sewer line breaks. The breaks were repaired & extensive work was completed in May 2020...or so we thought.

It's just over three years...and we are having the exact same sewer line repairs in the exact same spots that DuWest allegedly fixed. They left huge voids under our slab where the dig. Their so-called repairs are broken & even a lay person like me can see where repairs had been made & exactly where they are now broken.

All in all, this company is horrendous. If you are under warranty with them, it's worth firing them & starting over as their work is truly horrendous.

Also, the last thing that I'll say is what their master plumber said to me when they were finishing the job in May 2020: "If this doesn't work, you could put a for sale sign up." Imagine saying that to your client. Pathetic.

All the people I have worked with have been very professional, polite and nice to work with.

We went in thinking it was a simple foundation job. We ended up needing new plumbing work to get rid of old cast iron. We loved how Lonnie kept us updated on every problem he found and told us what was coming next.

Warranty and post-completion promises are worthless. We had extensive cast iron replacement work performed in May 2023. At the time were generally happy with the work. In Nov 2024, while renovating a bathroom, drilled thru the slab to discover that backfill from tunnel was 2 feet below the foundation at critical plumbing junction. Attempt(s) to get DuWest to honor their promises were unsuccessful and we had to pay another contractor to resolve. DuWest response was hostile, unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. After the bill is paid, expect nothing.

Jose and his helper did a great job. They hot 100% compared to the last one in 2021.
Andy and Jose and his guys did a great putting the dirt back in the tunnels, that was a first with all the tunneling they have done. When they left every thing was cleaned up.
Ryan and William did a great job listening to me gripe snd complain. They were very patient with me. Everyone gets a 100.

Du-West were very professional in their review and assessment. Cost estimates and pricing schedule were clear, and they were able to get the job done in a timely manner. There were some plumbing problems discovered in progress, and they were able to address and resolve these without compromising the schedule.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone having problems with their foundation.

Former tradesman here. This group is the finest there is! Every person they have sent out has been fantastic. While its true I could buy a very nice new car for what my repairs cost, there are 2 important things to keep in mind: first, my home had significant foundation and plumbing issues for which tunneling was necessary, and secondly, you get what you pay for.
My advice- Pay up and cry once, then get on with your life KNOWING your problem has been fixed. I recommend them without reservation. Sadly, i was not paid for this glowing review, so i gotta get back to work.
Seriously though- these guys are the best!

Great experience with a plumber! Needed a static test in conjunction with some foundation work. They were on time and it didn’t take that long to complete. They were very professional and put up with my questions (I’m an engineer do my job is asking questions and learning things)

Would definitely use again. No probably the cheapest but was a painless home repair appointment

The crew did a great job. Almost all the dirt was able to be backfilled. The lead person in charge (plumber, Jose) kept me informed as the work was being done. The finishing crew cleaned up the area very well. This is the second time using Du West and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service with expedited work due to the professional skills of the team. Jose and proved to me that they could repair three different problems under rather difficult situations. Communications to the office was easy. They were quick to schedule and dispatch a team. I would use them again.

Technician Thomas Howard was awesome on his initial visit to my home for faucet repair assessment. Looking forward to him returning to do the replacement.
Thomas has been out to my house a second time and the result was the same... excellent service.

I had a hot water leak under the concrete slab. They handled the whole process turn-key. Permits, tunneling, plumbing repair, inspections, piles/shoring, and backfill. The team worked very hard.
