I have had issues over the past 5 years or so and had several plumbers tell me different things and gotten some very different quotes. Tyler came out today and explained the whole situation better than any of the other plumbing companies. He did what he could for what I can afford today but he left me with 3 different quotes and options for me think about. Once I figure out my plans with this house I will definitely call Mothers Plumbing.

Dillon Ashton helped us out today and did a great job presenting the necessary info without up-selling. He was super nice and really informative on the issue we were dealing with. I’ve worked with him and Steven off and on for years and have always appreciated their honesty, reasonable prices, good work, and responsive communication. Thank y’all!

Really pleased with our work through Mother Modern plumbing. Josh was great and easy to work with. Initially there was a misunderstanding, but they more than fixed it, worked with me on scheduling and even checked on me after a planned surgery! Will definitely be using them again!

We worked with Joe Stailey and he was amazing! We had to do a complete repipe in the house hoping it will help prevent future leaks. He always took the time to answer questions, arrived on time in the mornings, and overall this was the most positive interaction we have had with a plumbing company.

We needed a toilet replaced. Called Mother! This was our first experience with them. Excellent communications and customer service! Scheduling was easy, gave a 2-hour window for arrival, and Josh arrived on time for both visits; was very professional. During the install he took care not to damage floor/walls and did a great job. Highly recommend this company!

Our water heater went out. They can out quickly and gave me a quote. Mario came out and installed the water heater. He was so great. I will always choose Mothers. Not just for the great price but because they really care. Thank you

Joe and Bryan were very professional and very efficient. We have a big home and it was a complicated repair and Leak Defense system installation. They were prompt, courteous, and a credit to the company. I had a great experience.

Had a water heater that needed replacing. Joe and Brian showed up at 5PM and stuck around until the job was done. We were able to give our daughter a bath that night thanks to them. Install was 6 days ago, and so far there’s no indication that our house will flood or explode, which we also appreciate. Thanks y’all!

We recently had an issue with our outdoor faucet, and *Dillon Ashton* came to the rescue. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. What really stood out was his communication — he explained the issue clearly, offered options **without pressure** and kept us informed every step of the way.

So our mortgage insurance policy was recently switched to a different company via our broker. The new company required that a home inspector come out and look at our property. Everything seemed to go fine. A day later we got a 39 page report with their findings. They were threatening to drop our new policy saying we had a “water leak at the property” and they included a picture. I looked at the picture and there is a small water mark on the tile floor behind my 1/2 bath pedestal sink. Are you serious?
Some plumbers tape and tightening of the nut could’ve solved that problem but no they wanted to drop us unless we submitted a report with photos from a licensed plumber showing the repair along with invoices and documentation of services. SMH

After many email communications and phone calls with plumbers, none of which would give me a “rough estimate” even after providing photos, I settled on going with Mother Modern Plumbing.

They had a tech come out same day and fix it in a snap.
Steven was the individual who came to do the repair. He was professional, explained what needed to be done and didn’t try to hustle me.
On top of that he was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Installing a brand new P Trap.
Best part is they wrote up the report I needed with photos, video and a detailed description of what was done.
And it didn’t cost a fortune.
I’m happy, wife is happy.. so all is good.

Descaled Tankless water heater. Professionally attired, knowledgeable, efficient, no mess, no fuss, friendly. Job took 20 minutes, with no hot water. Mother Plumbing is the only plumber I use from feeding kitchen faucet hose back through faucet to rerouting gas line to pool furnace from underground to taking feed from attice branch and installing pressure regulators on all other gas appliances. These plumbers are professional and competent. A++

Amazing service, professionalism, and price, considering what was accomplished . I wish I would have found them sooner! Master Josh was sent to us to diagnose and solve a troubling odd plumbing problem! Shout out to Kyle and Gabriella. The team I dealt with start to finish. We thought we had a main water leak from the street to the house and due to the thoroughness of the technition we found out it was only a sprinkler system issue. Josh was awesome in explaining everything and so thorough in his investigation we couldn't be happier with him and the outcome. Although we didn't need the repairs from them I would highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing. A breath of fresh air with honesty and integrity!

Josh came to fix a leaky faucet and clear our bathtub drain, and he did an outstanding job. He explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable — I’d highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

He laid out his findings clearly, answered all of our questions, and gave us a complete understanding of the issues and potential paths forward. He made a tough day 10x better, and we were truly touched by his empathy and kindness. He even sent us cookies after he’d left to congratulate us on our new home. And Josh came out to my house and asked her plumber anyway my worst nightmares came to light it's an old house in Farmers Branch built in 69.He confirmed it was the cast iron pipes that corroded. I feel confident and he was very knowledgeable for what I need to do next. The company was great punctual on time and friendly recommend them highly

Mother came out to assess a toilet issue that had been ongoing for months. Other plumbers had looked at it but weren’t able to fully resolve the problem. Jesse spent about 60 minutes on site, quickly identified the root cause, and clearly explained the recommended repair in an easy-to-understand way. I wish it were this easy to work with every company.
