Called Daniel late on a Saturday to fix the main water line that had been busted by a previous contractor. He was at the house with material in 40 minutes and had it fixed within an hour.

We just moved into an older house with ancient pipes. Learned quickly that wipes do cause clogging. I called around looking for service late night on July 3rd, and he offered to come 7AM on 4th of July! I mainly chose Loop Plumbing because it was very apparent he has a lot of knowledge and experience during our phone conversation. Upon his arrival, he evaluated the issue. Worked his magic and we had a working toilet in 30 minutes…it actually works better now. A couple of days later, we noticed our sink was leaking water. He arrived within 45 minutes after the call. Rescued us twice in less than a week. During the process of both services, he told us what to do to prevent future issues, and was happy to let us watch him at work for educational purposes. Wonderful prompt service. No nonsense just diagnose and get to work. Have dealt with too many companies that charge a trip charge only to come out and do half the job.
