Had a great experience with Loop. Daniel was prompt, quick to respond and schedule, and efficient in completion of the work. We had multiple items needing resolution, and I am extremely pleased in the quality of the work done. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I submitted a request via Yelp for a persistent (>3 year) stubborn slow to drain sink assessment that historically has been responsive to anti clogging agents, but had recently become a nuisance again. Daniel responded to my request within 2 minutes late on a Saturday night, offering his predicted price as well as appointment availability for the following day (Sunday). The company I actually submitted the request to had responded with "sorry we're closed, can help Monday."
I had an appointment scheduled within 20 minutes of my initial outreach.
He notified me when en route the next morning with an ETA and honored the discussed appointment window.
He diagnosed my problem quickly, was thorough in his plan and explanation of how plumbing works in and under a house built during the time period mine was, explained the root of my problem, was successful in extracting a barrette from deep within the drain pipes, and instructed me how to troubleshoot a slow drain problem in the future.
He left me with a business card and made himself available via phone to answer any questions/help me troubleshoot a minor issue on the future virtually if I ever need to.

I have previously been loyal to a well known grand scale company in the metroplex, but his pricing, and customer service far supersede those I've experienced in the past. I would certainly call him for problems in the future, and would recommend others do too!

Had a water heater replaced today. Daniel was on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and the pricing was fair. It’s clear that Daniel and Loop Plumbing want to do right by their customers and are not trying to take advantage of anyone. My experience was entirely favorable and I will be using these guys again in the near future for my other properties.

Daniel reached out within minutes of my request and was at our home within 1.5 hours! He was super fast, knowledgeable, did NOT over charge (which always happens with housing repairs) and was nice and explained what we could do to prevent the issue. Had a great experience with Daniel at Loop plumbing today. On time (5 mins early), super professional, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough from removing shoes at entrance to job cleanup. Most importantly, the work is flat rate, no trip charges and no extra/hidden charges when job was complete. Will instantly be elevated to our first call “A” plumber in our professional trade list.

Contacted several plumbers/companies to have my toilet installed. Daniel was the least expensive. He replied right away and kept in contact until his visit. Aside from installing the garbage disposal, I asked if he could tighten our kitchen faucet which he did free of charge. His work is clean and did not leave a mess. Professional Responsible and knowledgeable that is what I must say about Daniel. I had a leak in the crawl space under my house. I called after business hours on Friday and Daniel answered immediately. He mentioned he would be able to come first thing Saturday morning which he did. He quickly diagnosed the leak, got parts and repaired the leak. By chance, when he was testing to see if the repair did not leak, he saw another leak which was above ground in a pipe behind the Sheetrock. He left again got the needed parts and managed to repair the leak all in tight spaces. I really need to commend him for his responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge and just being a really nice guy. It would be a lot better if there were more service professionals like him. I would highly recommend Loop Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
