I call them to request service. I was expecting repairs the next day but they told me they could probably have someone there withinan hour and they were there. They assesed the plumbing issue and got it fixed today within a couple of hours. Thanks PHS.

Both our toilets were clogged at the same time. I called them and they came the same day. They identified the problem and helped me contact and explain the City what the problem was with hopes that the City could fix a fractured pipe connected to the City Tap. The City will get back to me this afternoon. Regardless of what the City’s response is, I would definitely use Priority Home Services again!!!

This Gentleman went over and beyond to make sure that we understood exactly were the gas leak was and wasn’t. Andre didn’t mind me asking several questions because everyone seems to be in a hurry these days or they just simply don’t know. He understood how important it was for me to make sure that my Mother would be Totally safe because we had never dealt with a gas leak before which we all know that if it’s untamed can be lethal. We used PHS to fix the backflow valve on our sprinkler system so that we can turn off the water to the sprinkler system without turning off the water to the house. We also used them to connect the gas to our new HVAC. They were through, prompt, and reasonably priced, and they were also very considerate of the fact that we had a sleeping baby in the house while they were doing work. Will definitely use them again!

The workmanship of Priority Home Services can only be described as perfection. A journeyman plumber arrived with a tradesman. (Often a single apprentice is sent out.) They replaced a water heater which was part of a complex heating system. We are original 24-year owners of the house and, previously, we replaced two water heaters by top-name Plano companies. HOWEVER, neither of the previous installations were able to make the hot water system work as it was designed. Priority Home Services (PHS) found the problem, which was overlooked in the original home installation and continued to be overlooked by the other top-name Plano plumbing companies. PHS uses only the highest quality materials - no construction-grade connectors, tubing, or valves. The installed the water heater I wanted. (Other companies try to sell a cheaper water heater on which they make more profit.) The workers were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole system and costs to me up front. There were no surprises. I have never recommended a company this highly. I have scheduled them for a second visit to replace a number of aging faucets throughout the house.

Malachi was awesome and answered all my questions and offered more important information that I needed to know. Kind, punctual, efficient.

Priority Home Services called prior to arriving, used booties over there shoes inside our house, explained what they were going to do at fixed price. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. They will be my first call next time when in need of service.

I've used this company on four different occasions and have been completely happy with their service and results. That's why they're always my go to when I'm in need of a plumber.

I had a positive experience recently with Tony, CEO at Z Plumberz. A few days after I submitted my review, Tony reached out to me over the phone with a sincere apology. I genuinely appreciate that he took the time to connect with me and hear out my concerns about the service we received.

During our conversation, Tony asked if we'd be open to giving Z Plumberz another shot to demonstrate their dedication to putting customers first. I agreed, and we decided to have them provide another service at our home.

Tony didn't stop there; he also generously offered a discount for the second service. When Garrett, a member of Tony's team, came over, he delivered exceptional customer service. It's great to know that Z Plumberz has someone like Garrett, as he consistently gets the job done right and on time.

I'm thankful for the opportunity to give Z Plumberz another chance, and I'm impressed by the dedication and service provided by Tony and his team.

Garret with Z plumbing is a saint! He is the only reason Z Plumbing is receiving any stars. Tony is the CEO and is ok with below-par work.

Tony sent a crew to work on the issue Garret provided direction on. After a week and a half (Labor Day included), the issue wasn’t fixed. Garret returned and had to completely undo what the crew did and correctly fix the problem.

Angel (Office Administrator) shared that the project's slow progress was due to the contracted team being carful since it was a gas leak. When Garret came out to check on the work he was upset and shared the work was not done right and he needed to redo everything.

The project took almost two weeks. Garret completed the work in four hours. There was a need to dig in our yard due to a buried pool.

Communication on the project was only great when Garret was on the project. Garret was pulled off our project by Tony (CEO).

I did receive a call when my finance was submitted. Other then communication on payment I was never updated on the project timeline. I was instructed to chat with the contracted team to see how far along they were.

I don’t usually say this but I HATED this company. Garret is the only person on that team who cares about the family he is providing services for. Very disappointed.

If you’re moving forward with Z Plumbing please make sure Garret is assigned your project, he’s amazing.
