Michael did a great job patiently explaining things and even offered advice on some other issues I asked about. When searching, I had called plumbing companies and only got an AI assistant. This company appears to rely on the old fashioned method of customer service & building trusting relationships.

We are having some major septic problems and Metro Flow Plumbing has helped us out above and beyond what was expected. The office staff to on site staff has been very helpful, courteous, responsive and respectful. Thank you from our entire household.

Steven and Miguel were excellent. They identified the problems we were having and gave us options. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We have very hard water with alot of mineral deposits that were eating our fixtures, so we went with the Flow Tech Inline Water System. Hopefully this will solve our problems!

Michel & Alex came on time, and we're very thourough with their inspection. They were able to assess our issue very timely and accurately. We ended up having water leak from our master-shower into our garage, found it was due to a damaged drain basin.

Michel performed assessment of our kitchen faucet and provided options for repair or replacement including the pros and cons of each option and associated expense. We decided to replace the existing faucet; Michel installed the new faucet quickly and correctly. Michel was easy to work with answering all our questions thoroughly. I highly recommend him.

The team assigned to complete our work was professional, thorough, and communicative. We needed our entire natural gas line replaced due to leaks and outdated plumbing.

Luis, Jayden, David, and Steven kept us updated and informed on all aspects of the work. They wore gear to ensure the house did not get dirty from their work.

We had issues outside the scope of their original work, but they completed it quickly while working with us on pricing. Despite all of the obstacles, they kept finding ways to work around them and within code regulations.

We passed inspections and are now back to normal. Thank you Luis, Jayden, David, and Steven for getting the job completed before the weekend. Congratulations Luis on your new baby girl!

Called out for a clogged toilet and new wax ring seal. Was told unrepairable and needed $5k to replumb the drain. Contacted a second plumber - was just a deep clog, repaired for $300. Get a second opinion or just start somewhere else!

Michael came to clear a mainline clog at our ranch and he was excellent. Cleared the clog, ran the camera and discussed long term solutions for the roots. Tyler join in too to help. Both men were respectful of our home and the price was fair for all the work done - especially when we joined the Diamond Club for the maintenance benefits and discounts. They cleaned up and made sure we were happy and had a good plan before they left. Absolutely recommend!

David was just here to finish our job. I am so ashamed I can't remember the other technician's name. They were both great, got right to work and did an exceptional job!! So glad I found Metro Flow Plumbing!!

I wish there were more than five stars to tell you our experience with Michael. I have met very few people in my life who impressed me the way that he has. I wish I could clone him and have him work for my company. I'm not just cheesing it up for no reason. Our plumbing is making my family sick and he truly cared about everyone's health. No sales pitch they're straight up a really good guy cares about people and being the best at his job and he can be. He was amazing

Michael showed up on time, had a quick diagnostic, gave us a couple options and was patient for us to decide. Once we said change the whole thing, he got the parts and help and they had the water heater replaced same day. Great service as always, only plumbing company I will ever call!!
