Jay with tribeca plumbing came out in no time and was great with a ton of knowledge, he got our drain unclogged in no time and fully explained everything. I highly recommend these guys

My husband already posted a good review for Tribeca Plumbing but I wanted to add a review of the post-plumbing-work cleanup. Tribeca hired a great tunneling crew to tunnel into our lawn and under our house - in 100 degree weather, I might add. Jay from Tribeca said "you'll hardly know we were here after they put things back" and that is certainly the case. The crew of up to six people took two days carefully tunneling and two more days carefully replacing the dirt and turf grass. All the while, they were watering the displaced grass every few hours to help it re-establish once they put it back. They also had to take up our flagstones and they put them back down quite nicely. Top notch work by both the plumbers themselves and the dirt-moving crew. Highly recommended.

Great experience from the start and it just got better. The two young men who performed the diagnostic and camera services were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! Jay the supervisor was absolutely amazing! He kept me in the loop throughout the process! I admire and respect the entire team! Jay gave me extremely valuable information on how the problem created by a previous Plumbing Company and provided detailed documentation. Thank you Tribeca!

Jay did an excellent job unclogging my drains and fixing poor plumbing work done by the previous homeowner. He explained the issues well and everything looks great and works now.

Wow so very impressed!!!! In one days time their crew found the problem and started the work to resolve the issues. From the top down (owner of the company to the guys in the trenches) every one was polite, responsive and real loved what they were doing. Working Saturday and a holiday to get the job done. Price was competitive and while an estimate was provided they stayed on budget. Great care was taken as they worked around pool and sprinkler system plumbing. Alan & Jay K…. Had issues with water heaters and gas leaks, and Tribeca came out to the house and cleared up all the issues promptly. From friendly dispatch to timely arrivals to quality work, all around excellent experience. Special shout out to Jay for all his help!

Jay did professional work and was quick to diagnose the problem with my frozen hot water tank inlet line in the attic. They added more insulation so it would thaw and eventually it came back. Quick response too.

I called on a Friday afternoon for a natural gas issue and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Jay and AJ were great and solved my problem very quickly. Cost was less than I expected, which is always nice. I would highly recommend them.

During the most recent winter storm Our water heaters froze and broke causing water damage to the fist floor. Tribeca responded with a sense of urgency - they came over within hours to assess the situation and began researching our warranty. By the next morning they contacted us to confirm our order and a few hours later they were back for installation. Their team was courteous and respectful and got the job done quickly. They went above and beyond to lend us a space heater so the new water heater wouldn’t freeze overnight. We had hot water within 24 hours of reporting our issue. I would highly recommend them when you need help.

b/c our water heater failed mid storm- they were out the next day after inspecting and were done with the full install after about 5 hrs, permits, electrical plumbing and they installed flood stops and sensors and hauled out the old one. Jay build
an excellent plan and All don the guys who came out were clean friendly polite intelligent and professional. Just a great efficient operation and my new go-to plumber!!!!!

I was involved in an accident with one of their drivers and they have not been helpful at all. Their driver ran the red light and have dash cam footage that they won’t share!

I recently had a serious sewage line leak and James with Reliant was the best and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and understanding of the urgency of the situation.

The plumber James arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained the repair process. He worked efficiently and respectfully, ensuring the area was cleaned up afterwards. What really impressed me was how thorough he was-checking for any other potential issues to prevent future leaks.

If you’re dealing with a sewage issue, don’t wait call James/Reliant. He was trustworthy , skilled, and reliable!

Like several of the other 1 star reviews, I’ve called 3 times over the past week and a half to “get on the schedule, for a manager to call you” which of course they never call.

I tried calling the number Reliant provided in the review and surprise, surprise It’s not an operating number lol!

Horrible experience, negligence, incompetence, theft and lies. Wrong water heater installed, installed it incorrectly, blew my breakers and damaged them. Sales tech said they wouldn’t install a Home Depot water heater and did exactly that. Initial installers lied about how they messed up

Reliant replaced our pipes in Feb 2025, and by April 28th at 3am feces, raw sewage was overflowing from our shower drain with two small children in the house. Despite paying for their “preferred member” plan and 24/7 emergency service, we were left waiting all night with toxic fumes in our home and never received a single call or text back. Another company arrived in 15 minutes, documented multiple code violations in Reliant’s work, and confirmed the installation was done incorrectly from the start. They advised us to go back to Reliant since the work should have been covered under warranty.

Over the next few months, Reliant scheduled multiple appointments - and every single time we were left sitting at home for hours with no calls, no updates, and no one ever showing up. My husband and I took off work multiple times, moved nap schedules around for our kids, rearranged our entire day - only to find out about cancellations after we called them ourselves. Most recently, we were told Dallas “isn’t a priority market,” which explains the constant no-shows and excuses.

Reliant’s lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been staggering. We’ve spent thousands, lost countless hours, and months later still don’t have a fully functioning bathroom. Their “24/7 emergency service” and “preferred member” plan are nothing but empty advertising.

Learn from our mistakes: read the recent reviews and take them seriously. DO NOT trust Reliant with your home.

And to Reliant - please save the copy-paste Google reply. What you need to do is have your manager pick up the phone and finally call us back.

Cullen Mayhew did a great job servicing my water heater. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I will definitely call them again.

Patton is the best! He was methodical and precise in the installation of my new tankless water heater. He is personable and listened to me as well as answered any question I had. Very informative and patient. He is a keeper!!
