What I like the most that after calling Milestone and been giving quote over 6k, Jay and his team came and gave me very honest price a fraction of what milestone was telling me! jay also gave me honest review on my water heater- even though he go around and tell me I need to change one. I have used Tribeca Plumbing four times now; three for residential plumbing jobs and one heating/HVAC job. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with their service. If you want an honest and reasonable company to help you when your plumbing goes sideways, these are your folks. In particular, Jay is a class act. He is professional, knowledgeable, dependable, patient, and educational. He is a master of his craft and one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

Jay came out to my commercial property. Let me look over his shoulder the whole time so I could understand exactly what was going on. Turns out everything is in good working order, but having Jay explain to me gave me the level of comfort I needed. Won't use anyone else for any plumbing commercial or residential ever again. They earned it.

Called tribeca when I had an issue from slapping a grounding rod right into a random freshwater pipe. They got Juan out there within an hour. He was amazing. Fair on price, super nice, and got it done fast.

Master plumber Jay came out and provided the most comprehensive and to the point review of my home and overall problem. Offered multiple solutions and in the interim helped get my sewer system flowing enough before having them back out to repipe. Best service and great pricing.

Just had a new Rinnai tankless water heater installed by Tribeca Plumbing. They diagnosed the problem with my old water heater quickly and then got the new one onesite and installed quickly. Jay, the installer, was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and keep me well informed the entire time. I would rather have not needed them at all, but if you need a great team, Tribecca is a sure bet and I highly recommend them! Quality work, honest installers. I was pleased with all work performed.

Jay, their master plumber, came and rapidly narrow it down to a few potential causes and identified the issue very quickly. Fixed the issue and showed/explained what was it.
