James came to my home because we had a water leak that was coming from our slab. He was very thorough and performed all testing to confirm that we had a slab leak. He came next day and rerouted our hot water line. He also educated us on the importance of water filtration and tested our water. We opted to have him install a whole home water softener and carbon filter. WE NOW HAVE SOFT AND DRINKING QUALITY WATER FROM EVERY TAP!! Thank you so much James and Reliant Plumbing.

Then Patton came out about an hour later and got the work done, while keeping me informed along the way with what he was finding and what he was doing! Both were very professional, very polite, and based on this experience, I would certainly call them again with any plumbing issues.

He determined that the leak was coming from the lawn sprinkler system and not the house plumbing, saving me from unnecessary repairs. His transparency and expertise were truly appreciated, as he took the time to explain everything clearly. I was charged $562.00 so they could run their sewer machine and inspect for a clog. There was no clog. Basically, paid the amount for an inspection which is a service other plumbing companies do for free. They recommended I call a septic tank specialist to address the issue.

Buyer beware for anyone planning to submit their receipt to insurance- they do not provide itemized receipts, so you will be unable to get reimbursed. They do not communicate this to you before you sign their paperwork. This experience left me with a very bad taste in my mouth about their business practices. I spent over $4,000 on their services, and they can’t provide me with a single itemized receipt? Shady.

In their response to this review, they give the illusion they want to discuss this further but I’ve already reached out multiple times, & they are still unwilling to provide a receipt.

Jason O in Austin saved the day! Right before Christmas our kitchen sink backed up (of course it did) and he was here within an hour and got things moving efficiently and at a fair price. Highly recommend!!!!

So shady. Needed to get a very small tankless water heater fixed in a rush and they were able to come out quickly which I appreciated. I was told the estimate would be free but once the guy got there he surprised me with a $474 “diagnostic fee” and assured me even a new heater wouldn’t be expensive since it’s so small. He then goes on to inform me that he could not fix the 2018 heater and it needed to be replaced for $5500.

Edward was attentive and transparent. He immediately diagnosed the problem as soon as he opened the bathroom drain cabinet (AC condensate line drains to bathroom sink and built up sludge). He made a couple of recommendations to maintain and avoid further costly repairs. If and when I need additional plumbing needs, I will request that Edward be dispatched to diagnose the issue. Excellent service!!
