Edit: company called to offer a partial refund for the high cost of the service bringing it close to $530 from $725 , still expensive for a simple kitchen drain clog but it's appreciated to have a company followup on their work and customer concerns.

Luis Maldonado did a great job with his service and was friendly. But we got charged $725 including dispatch fee for a simple clean out of a slow flowing kitchen sink which as far as I can tell from research is at least twice the price of what it should be. I'd love to give 5 stars because as I said Luis did a good job but these plumbers are way too expensive.

It seriously feels like we got car shop ripped off.

Edit: apparantly it took 15 minutes to do. We totally got scammed. So. Cautionary tale for anyone planning on using this company AND he apparantly tried selling us those BioOne drain cleaner bottles for $100 each when you can find them online for $30 to $50 each.... While I appreciate Luis's work and he was overall friendly, Its the only reason it's not one star and I'll never use this company again unless they correct this

Michael was great and very professional. The night before he came out to do the work, New Year’s Eve, he stayed on the phone with me to explain the situation and FaceTime some, even though he did not have to. Came as scheduled on New Year’s Day and was communicative the whole way through the process. Was not a cheap job, but The workmanship and professionalism were top-notch.

Michelle was very good at his job. I had asked Metro Pumbing to put in a R.O water Filteration disinter my sink. Michelle arranged the right counter top guy to come a drill the hole through the marble counter top. He was very patient. He took extra care to call and ask a specialist regarding a question I had about my main Water Filteration. He was through and did a great job. Overall I liked the way Metro Pumbing took care of this job. Even the dispatch staff was always courteous. Most importantly I feel they listened to me and did the job wonderfully well.

Had an issue with the hot water going to my washer after the recent hot water repairs by Metro. Called and talked to Bree and she was able to get Luis out to check the problem within 30 minutes. Luis was knowledgeable and friendly and found the problem quickly and resolved it easily.

Absolutely the friendliest and most accommodating technicians I've encountered in a very long time. I wanted to know which of my options made the most sense, ballpark pricing, and potential timelines. Normally this would be like pulling teeth to get a straight answer, but Michael Murphy not only went over my chosen options but presented me with several more, along with not just ballpark prices but a guaranteed set price for each, and suggestions on when I could get the work scheduled and completed. Both Michael and Javier were courteous, clean and professional, and the exploratory work they did was super clean and with as little intrusion into the structure as necessary to ascertain the scope of the problem. When they left I had the peace of mind knowing that the work was scheduled, when it was scheduled to be completed, the details what the work would involve and what I was paying for it. This is the kind of company I like to do business with.

I needed a second opinion and a leak fixed, and Tribeca was able to get out here same day and fix the leak for cheaper than I had it quoted. They were great!

Originally had a dishwasher installed and it wasn't 100% to my liking. Jay came by after his scheduled off time and took care of everything, made it perfect. Highly recommend Tribeca Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We recently had Tribeca replace our 1960s home's cast iron plumbing system with PVC. We weren't sure at first that our home actually needed new pipes, so we had 3 other plumbing companies come out for an assessment, and they were all too lazy to do any thorough testing, quickly jumping to a sales pitch on full replacement. Tribeca was the last company to come out, and I was very impressed with Jay. He ran a camera as well as isolated the pipes under my house for a hydrostatic test to confirm that we had some major leaks. The following day, I decided to move forward with the work, and they had men working at my house with 12 hours. It took them in total about 4 days to trench under the house, replace the pipes, complete a city inspection, and backfill the trench, all while only leaving us without water only for a couple hours. Their pricing was the best out of any of the bids I got as well, 7K lower than the most expensive bid we received. I highly recommend them for any major plumbing work.

Update w new service: 3/2024, Jay from tribeca came out and fixed my sink filter to stop the sewage smell that was permeating from it. It was a quick fix and they were on their way. Jay did a great job, as usual! Thanks Tribeca and Jay!

Tribeca is a wonderful plumbing company. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy plumbers across the board. We have used them for many different projects including a complete renewal of our outside plumbing. Blake and Jay are the 2 plumbers who have provided exceptional work for us in the last year. They are experts and happy to answer any and all of your questions. I came away with a lot of additional knowledge. The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable. Tribeca is the best in town. We will never use another service.

Tribeca was wonderful to work with. Jay was very professional and he and his crew did an awesome job. They removed 2 hot water heaters from the attic and installed a tankless system. They were very careful during the process of removing and installing the units and everything was spotless when they left. They did such a great job we are using them again on another project.

Imagine a mechanic charging you to use their own tools—that’s exactly what happened here. On top of labor and materials, I was billed an outrageous fee for use of their equipment.

Jay was excellent! I needed a quick repair to replace the valves for the washing machine before the new one could be installed in my daughter’s new home. She was moving in that week so it was important to get it done quickly. Jay came out right away and replaced the valves, but he didn’t stop there. He also installed the washing machine we had that was dropped off in the garage and then fixed a leak in the tub that we had gotten much larger quote for. He worked quickly so we got it all done in less than an hour and 15 minutes.

I recently had a great experience with Tribeca Plumbing when a paving company broke an irrigation pipe in my alley. Jay and a helper came out, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a couple of hours. Jay is awesome and I will call Tribeca for any other plumbing needs I may have in the future! Thank you!

Used Tribeca Plumbing for a plumbing inspection on a house we were looking to buy and they were great! Very efficient, polite, and honest. Will absolutely be using them moving forward.

We have an older house and could not clear our drain lines. Called Tribecca and they quickly came out to assess our situation. Jay suggested we try going through the roof down to the master bathroom and guest bathroom, then he took a camera 85 ft and the lines were clear. The camera really helped because we learned that there’s an elbow where TP gets backed up. We tried to give him a tip but he said no, just leave a Google review. We will call Tribecca for all our plumbing needs in the future.
