Very happy with this company - they communicate well, arrive in a branded vehicle, are uniformed, friendly, and on time. Quality work. Not the bargain basement in terms of price, but I'd rather pay more for great service. I will definitely be using them again.

They have The biggest plumbing trucks I’ve ever seen. Again, I don’t think they are the cheapest company but you want a company that knows what they’re doing.

Steven and Javier were excellent! I had a leak in my wall in the bathroom and they explained the repair process and completed the job fast!

Professional and friendly. Discussed everything at length before taking on the task of a busted pipe in a very cramped location by a door frame. Left the area cleaner than when he arrived and was very helpful helping me get a restoration company to help me with the water damage to my wood floors. Nice guy!!!

Paid 89 for them to come out just to show & do nothing because I wasn’t there (me). Plumber called me why wasn’t I here? Told him that I was at work & that my brother will be home which he was so the job can start, told me that I was the one that called (before) so I called dispatched & I told her I wasn’t going to be there but my brother was & she said that’s fine so idk who’s confused… wanted me to pay another 89 if I wanted to “book appointment “. Bad communication & unfair “work”. Didn’t want to argue but wouldn’t called them again, it wasn’t after hours so don’t mention it 😂

I can't express the amount of gratitude I have for this company after my 1st experience today. Denise, was so compassionate, caring, empathic, and very human as my 1st person of contact with this company. I was overwhelmed with feelings of not really knowing what to do about my problem. Denise, contacted me back right away with a plan to get things done today! I greatly appreciated that. I had been without running water since yesterday afternoon. Daryl, a phenomenal man who was also kind and smelled good. He did his assessment and spoke to me in detail about the plan of execution to get my pipe fixed. Upfront pricing explained before any work was to be completed. He overseen majority of the work as it was being done. His crew arrived digging within 30 mins. I was amazed by their response time. They took very good care of my grass and localized the area where they dug. Blake, came in to fix my pipe. He even showed me the actual piece replaced that was the source of my leak. I will definitely continue doing business with Metro Flow Plumbing. They are licensed, professional, honest, and on The Best Picks Reports and now I know why.

Jonathan did an amazing job. He was very polite and showed up 40 minutes after we called him. He explained things to us thoroughly I fixed our problem right away.

The plumber came on time did a good job.He was friendly and clean and I very much enjoyed working with him.

Chris was fantastic!! He and his team worked a solid day to repair two problem areas, fully repaired allowing me to continue getting on with needed repairs to the house.

I worked them in the past and and will when needed in the future.

We had a water leak coming from the kitchen drain, but was draining in the garage. Weird. Had to call and have an emergency consult. RJ & Ted were able to take the call late and were on site at 6pm. They were able to locate the affected pipe with camera.

Because it was late we needed to reschedule the work to be done two days out. Which was today, Christmas Eve! They came sharply at 9AM and were done by noon.

Not only that, they were able to patch and repair the wall that was cut with some scrap sheathing we happened to have. Amazing, because this is not part of their normal job. And on Christmas eve too! We probably would have had holes in the wall for a couple of weeks before we could get around to patching it. Really it saved us from having cold air coming into the house and spending money on a contractor.

Great communication and great problem solving. Above and beyond really.

I came home to my water heater pouring water into the garage and I contacted a friend who used to work for Metro Flow Plumbing. My friend has since moved out of state but referred me back to Metro Flow where I spoke with Darryl. Darryl was very kind and quick to respond in sending Ted to take a look and give me an estimate. Ted showed up within 40 minutes and he had a team of two other gentleman show up and together they replaced the water heater in less than two hours. I’m very thankful for a quick response and their professionalism. Great job, Ted and team!!

Michel Jon Spurgeon was on time, comprehensive, professional and transparent. They came late at night to fix a drain / HVAC issue, worked efficiently, and were respectful of my home. Couldn’t recommend these guys more.
