It is one of the closet nurseries to me in Argyle, and every time I visit it has been great. Meadors offers a great environment to learn about plants from its friendly staff, and have a wide variety of plants at great prices. I appreciate it being locally owned and one of the oldest businesses to continue to operate, so defiantly worth it to support them!

This place is not customer oriented. The owner just told me to basically screw myself because 3 juniper Taylor’s died that my wife and I purchased from them. No replacement, no store credit. Nothing.. and then he’s got his little assistant Kaitleen or Kathryn . What ever name is . She was highly unprofessional and rude . Stay far away from these people

the owner of this place is SO knowledgeable. she can pinpoint any issue i take to her like it’s nothing. they have amazing plants and supplements for plants. i love going here. i can wander all afternoon looking at things. every one that works here is super nice. if you haven’t been you are missing out. this is one of my favorite places in denton/dfw.

I was pleasantly surprised to see this beautiful and larger than expected plant nursery! Great selections and variety, plus a really cute shop inside. The customer service was fantastic and I learned a thing or two. Would recommend for sure!

This place is great! The staff all legit seem like PhD level botanists, they can answer questions about any plants, or guide you to a perfect plant based on your yard type, and level of care you want to give. 100% recommend, locally owned as well so that's a huge bonus!

Meador’s is always super helpful and entertaining for the kids too! They enjoyed watching the skid steer scoop compost into the bed of our truck. Great price on a bed full of compost!! Thanks Meador’s!!

I found Meador's while searching for NICE nurseries in the area. I was absolutely blown away! Not only is the place huge and we'll laid-out, but their selection of plants has to be seen to be truly appreciated. Just their selection of native species alone outshines any nearby place I've been to. On top of all that, everyone we talked to there was extremely nice and knowledgeable about their plants, not only with identification, but also with plant care. Already planning my next trip to pick up a yellow rose bush.

Even on a very rainy day, we had excellent service. This was our first time shopping there and we won’t go anywhere else now. So friendly, we already felt like family and completely trust their advice on what to plant. They also were not trying to upsell us, which only makes me want to go back later and buy from them again when we’re ready. Appreciated them providing us with a pamphlet on how to plant our trees properly.

We buy all of our mulch and most of our plant materials here. Their mulch is the best in town. Delivery fees are very reasonable. Plants are healthy and priced competitively. I find the service to be excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, there when you need them. Great store.

I actually found a ginkgo tree, finally. Nice people. A little more expensive than I'm use to, but they have lots of good stuff you don't find at the chain stores. Wide selection of big trees, shrubs, flowers. Lots of native Texas plants. Also very happy about my blueberry bushes I purchased from them a couple of years ago.

Meador Nursery consistently offers a fantastic selection of healthy and beautiful plants, including natives. For my money, you will not find a more helpful and knowlegeble nursery staff in Denton. Plus, they have the cutest shop inside that includes all manner of garden tchotchkes and vintage household items. I adore this place and the staff. Best nursery in Denton!

An extremely well organized nursery with multifarious plants and trees arranged by type and size. It looks like an exotic oasis out back and the inside is adorned with colorful yard art. Great employees with an abundance of experience and knowledge to be able to answer any questions that anyone may have. Not only do they have a wide array of plants and trees, but they also have a great many pots of all different shapes and sizes. If you normally go to a mega store or specific chain of nursery.to do your business then I would suggest you stop going to those places ave give Meador Nursery a chance at earning your business. They'll do so and you won't feel anything but happiness that you gave them a chance. Your trees, flowers, and plants will also thank you by blooming extra large year after year! :-)

Above and Beyond!!! They went out of their way to make Mother’s Day special. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly. They were able to help with all of our requests. Delivery was super kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Always has exactly what we're looking for and even what we didn't realize we wanted instead. We bought a tree last year and it wasn't up to their standards at check-out so they walked back down and helped pick out a better one for us. Such a kind, helpful, amazing business. We pretty much only shop here for our plant and garden needs for the last two years.

This place is amazing! The people working helped me out with some questions I needed answered for my Horticulture class and I really appreciate it! We will definitely be back to buy our summer flowers here! 😊

This is a family run nursery that has quality plants and trees. They offer a warranty if they plant your tree. They will also specialize in order plants for you and offer landscaping services
We looked at fruit trees and bushes such as blackberries and elderberries They have a gift shop and great prices on their plants and flowers

Meet Charlie, my Chinese Pistache, he arrived/was planted the 11th of October; in order to ensure he thrives and grows the 1st year and each-year-thereafter, I was given very-detailed-instructions on his care and purchased a 1-Gal-Root Stimulator; (Charlie is a 🌳 approved by my HOA); from my very 1st visit to look at the selection of 🌳s to Charlie’s arrival, I was very happy with the outstanding customer service I received from Kathleen, Amber, May and the entire staff; purchasing Charlie and learning about his care was very educational; any questions/concerns I had were addressed/discussed; the crew planted Charlie with expert care~Thank You kindly to the quintessential Team-the Paragon-of-Excellent-Customer-Service, 👏; additionally, frequently testing his soil-moisture-level is crucial, hence, I appreciated the unexpected and much-needed rapitest Soil-Moisture-Tester~an essential tool in every Gardener’s 🧰; I wholeheartedly support our local-Family-or-Veteran 🇺🇸 owned businesses; planning my Spring Gardening🪻🌺💐projects and look forward to my next visit/ consultation… 🍂🍁

Justin replied quickly when my previous lawn care suddenly went out of business. His people do wonderful work and are detail oriented.

Justin and Jeremy did our retaining wall, decomposed granite pathway, and lower patio. They look great and have held up well. Next up: landscaping!

It's great to have someone who cares about the customer's needs and who you can trust to get the work done!!! From fences, to power washing, to lawn mowing, weed pulling, tree trimming and everything in between! Excellent and for a reasonable price!!!
