Jacob W.Amazing customer service! I had Jacob come out to do the inspection and he was hands down very thorough and informative. The package I paid for was called premium and I had added on a thermal imaging component. So in total I paid roughly $600 and it was worth it because they found a gap in the roof that had been leaking water down into the walls. Definitely recommend!

Initially, I was satisfied with the work done. Four new windows were installed on 8/4/26. Rains came and on 9/9/26 there was a large leak in one of the new downstairs window frame (video below). The leak was large and wet/stained the wall and the carpet. I contacted the company that same night. I finally got a response 13 days later on 9/22/26--by that time I had fixed the leak myself. The damage was to the weather sealant between the siding and the brick wall right where the windows were installed. During installation, they understandably had to hamnmer around that whole area to adjust and fit the new windows which in turn loosened the weather sealant. Before their install service I had never had water leaks. I was not pleased with their lack of response to the issue.

If you're looking to get home improvements and are given New Era Construction & Home Improvements in El Paso, run. By far worst experience and communication especially with Juan. We started off on a good start and he stopped by on Aug 8 to see our concerns with our new built home. He brought no notebook and pen but showed he remembered the list of things we were telling him to correct. I would get ghosted for days with no acknowledgement or responses. We have given Juan several chances to make it up but he failed every time. Their business hours are wrong and on some occasions we did message them after hours because it appeared that's the only time Juan would care or respond because his clients were an inconvenience to him. We would take a whole day off from work just for Juan not to show up or better yet say it's a holiday and Juan would simply say he can't work. Mind you Juan was the one who confirmed our appointment a week prior. Juan caused us to lose work 4 times and no showed. On 1 occasion he had a city meeting and did not tell me until I reached out because he was a minute late and I had a feeling he wasn't going to show and he said he would reach out and SIX HOURS went by for him to call and say anything. Mind you Juan could've let us know on the way to his city appointment but he didn't. Why? Cause he does not care about his clients. Once we began to discuss our concerns and he cut us off and began speaking over us on the phone and at that point we hung up. He has no experience with handling unsatisfied and disappointed customers. Extremely unprofessional, lackadaisical and disappointing. Also, he probably will not be held accountable due to his spouse being the owner of this company. But beware and save your time and money. I say money because you will lose time from work because they promise to show up and they don't. This company couldn't care less about you, your time or your family. There Paula, it has been adjusted to correctly reflect the no shows, lack of accountability and proactive communication. Thank you for replying so quick!
