I returned to my office one day and I found a busted pipe near my 3 floor building bathroom had flooded all floors below. I was not only worried about the soaked office building, but about possible mold forming inside the walls, paying for the issue and more importantly being able to continue with my office and being able to stay open, running, and profitable through this ordeal. Jimmy not only solved my issue, but acted more as a consultant than just a person trying to get a job. He explained how for me to file my insurance claim, explained how the water not only needed to be dried from the floors, but also from the walls and in between the walls especially, he was so professional that my office was able to stay open and Jimmy Garza emplaced his drying units in places where we could continue to function.

I would highly recommend them for any restaurant need. We called for a emergency and they were professional and explained the entire service and profinded photos before and after. i was highly satisfied.

Absolutely disappointed in the type of company that would handle their business in this manner. Friday I called due to an overflow emergency that left inches of water on the floor. At 2 pm I was told they have a guruntee or less than 90 minutes to be at the property. Well 2 1/2 hours later the tenants had already left the property and the guy finally shows up. I told them they were over 1 hour late and I would try and reschedule. I called first thing Monday morning at 8:30 am to set up a time for 3 pm. The appointment was confirmed well ahead of schedule and at 2:30 I received a call that they would have to cancel and reschedule for the next day due to a water “emergency” as if this was not an important appointment. Not only did they not show up on time Friday but they completely flakes out on Monday. I still have yet to speak with the owner or “manager” himself and was told all of this by the staff. I still have yet to receive a call back for any type of rescheduling which I immediately tried contacting another company. Overall completely disappointed in how they handle anything

Walking in to work on Friday morning the last thing one would expect to see is water all over our clinic's floor. One of the pipes leaked water over night and we had clients coming in that morning. We called several places to get someone to come out to disinfect and steam the carpets, but were shocked that none could come out the same day. We called Jimmy's emergency water renewal and they arrived within 30 min gave us a quote and started the job right after we agreed on the price. Just received a letter to say that they placed a mechanics lien on my property. They did some work for me 6 years ago at the time they cleaned out some water when a pipe burst and now I have to desl with this mess. I thought the company was shady then and now It's confirmed. They overcharge your insurance co and have the check go to them directly so you have no idea. Their work was not even that good. Yes, they cleaned up but made a mess of my baseboards and I had to get many replaced that shouldn't have needed it. Avoid this jerk. It looks like he is doing it to others according to another review. Trying to warn others.

Do Not Call this company. Receptionist was told exactly the job that needed to be done and where it was leaking. She said her guys could do the job and sent them out. Once the guys got here, they said they don’t do this type of job on the weekends because they don’t use or have access to that particular machine on weekends.

Employees were confused as to why they would be sent out when everyone within their company knows they don’t use that machine on particular days. I was still charged the $150 for the service call just to tell me they can’t do work until Monday or Tuesday. I guess they shouldn’t be called “Emergency” water removal if they have to wait a few days in order to use machines.

If I would’ve known all this information, I would’ve waited until Monday or Tuesday to call and actually made the $150 worth it. Employees were disappointed with their management when they got told they still have to charge me.
