Serve pro was sent by Farmers insurance. Christina did the best she could to explain the process. Serv pro did not complete a thorough job in checking for water damage. They do not go into the crawl space and one of the representatives did not want to drill accordingly to check for moisture. They sent in inaccurate information to the insurance company regarding reconstruction.

I want to shout out thanks and appreciation to the ServPro restoration team who took care of the damage done from a water leak in my house--Carlos Jimenez and Jacob Banuelos (Crew Chiefs), Arnold Nevarez, and Julio Ortega. I was extremely impressed by their responsiveness, courtesy, and professionalism. They made a stressful situation less so by explaining the process and efficiently restoring the affected areas. A special thanks to Carlos as he was primarily responsible for the work.

Servpro was great! Carlos Martinez and his team were prompt, thorough and professional. I am so grateful for their hard work to help our ailing home. Without them I would have been lost. I can't speak highly enough of the work that they did or the quality they provided.

On 10 July 2025 a Serve Pro team (Team Chief Carlos Jimenez and technician Armando Enreques) arrived at my home address a flooding flooding created by leaking water line while we were away for a week. They are both tenacious professionals who are very client oriented and answered any questions we had and kept us updated every step of the way. Should the situation arise again I would like this team to answer the call again.

Have had a great experience with Josh, Christina, Danny , Arnold, Armando and Bobby. These are professionals that know exactly what needs to be accomplished. Our entire house had extensive smoke damage and I can tell you the work this crew did is outstanding. The entire crew was courteous and professional the entire time they were here. Jacob and Julio did an excellent job evaluating and identifying the water damage in several different rooms of our home after a massive water heater leak. We are so grateful for their professionalism and how quickly they arrived. The went straight to work mitigating the damage and drying out water that had seeped under the flooring.

The water damage incurred in my home was unbelievable and overwhelming. Servpro employees came the same day late afternoon to assess the damage and inform me that the clean up would begin the next day. Carlos Jimenez and his crew came to my home to begin tearing up the floor and removing carpet and install blowers and humidifiers. The Servpro employees I met were informative, compassionate and professional. They were at my home everyday for a week and at the end of the day, Carlos would give me an update of the progress and work that needed to be done. The professional attitude encountered, insured me that the job was going to be done expeditiously and accurately. Thank you Servpro employees for your outstanding and professional service.

Carlos Jimenez and Jackie Ibarra responded 08/13/2025 shortly after placing a phone call to Servpro of El Paso to help with the initial clean up and remediation of water damage. They were very professional and easy to deal with in accomplishing the first work required for getting the home ready for repairs.

On the morning of 08/14/2025 Josh Esquibel and Chad Nixon followed up with additional work to stabilize and continue moisture reduction. Water was still dripping from the inspection hole in the ceiling.

We are currently waiting for authorization from the insurance company to continue the remediation planned for 08/15/2025. Mr. Terik Gohrick is the adjuster I talked with today at 12:53 who stated he could not authorize any work. I understood him to state that it was my responsibility to authorize Servpro to continue the work. After thinking about this, l concluded the insurance company should make this decision otherwise I really would not need their insurance.

Hopefully this gets resolved quickly before mold and mildew cause additional damage.

Serv Pro answered their phones in the wee hours of the morning when we called and was very responsive and professional. Our entire first floor was flooded with over an inch of water.
Joshua E. and Gil M. provided daily check ups and removed fans as areas became dry. I appreciated their friendliness and professionalism in the way they took care of our home to mitigate the water damage.

Carlos Jimenez is an excellent crew chief. We had no worries on the workmanship of both men. Everything was explained perfectly.
