I found the ServPro crew including chief Joshua along with Juiio and Christina to be very efficient,courteous and diligent workers. Joshua was very effective in coordinating with my insurance company and keeping me informed on progress and plans for next steps.

I want to thank and acknowledge the excellent and outstanding work done by crew chiefs on site: (Carlos Jimenez,Joshua Esquivel,Jacob Marquez) and technicians on site: (Cristina Alarcon, Arnold and Armando Nevarez, and Julio Ortega including the care and efficient manor they took with our property.

Joshua, Christina, and Julio were great! They explained everything and were very thorough and professional. They were sympathetic to our situation and worked diligently to get the job done.

What a great crew! The week that Serve Pro of West El Paso was here doing fire mitigation work in our home was handled professionally. The great work of the entire crew, Jacob M, Danny R, Cristina A, and Jacob B , made the stressful situation of repairing fire damage in our home less stressful. We thank them for the fine job they all did!

Serv Pro staff was friendly and christina did the best she could to explain the process. My house is older and one of the representatives did not want to drill in order to check for moisture and dry the walls thoroughly. They also do not go into the crawl space to inspect damage. Now that I am in the reconstruction phase, I am coming to the conclusion that servpro is not very thorough with the process. They did not send in accurate information to the insurance.

I highly recommend using Servpro should you ever need water remediation services. We recently had a leak which caused severe indoor water flooding and Servpro responded fast. Crew Chief Joshua E. & Armando N. were very professional and displayed high expertise when informing us of the water remediation services they were performing. They provided excellent customer service and were empathetic at a time of great stress for us. Follow up visits were also done by Carlos J. And Julio O. who also displayed a high level of expertise . They were kind enough to work around our hectic personal schedules. Thank you Servpro for your excellent services provided.

Servpro conducted the water mitigation at our home following a burst pipe that resulted in water damage in multiple rooms. The Servpro crew (Carlos, Julio, and Armando) did a fantastic job with the mitigation and demolition work. They were polite, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish of the job.

Our experience with SERVPRO and especially Anthony Rivera (the crew chief assigned to our case) has been outstanding. Anthony has been very professional and detail focused taking great care to ensure that the best service is being provided. There have been multiple techs working with Anthony and they have all been great. Even though I hope to never have to work with SERVPRO again (don't want anything like this to happen again) our experience could not have been any better. Thank you for everything.

My water heater exploded and flooded my house but Josh, Armando, and Arnold came to my house and took care of it. I applaud their expertise, professionalism, and respect they offered as they helped me through a difficult situation. What an awesome experience in the face of a disaster in my house. We had a pipe burst under the slab and we are so glad that State Farm has ServPro as their top, go-to service provider. The mitigation team showed up and got right to work. Workers showed up on time and did excellent work. Very easy to work with to get restoration started. Follow up has also been easy to get scheduled. Work still in progress and unable to rate charges.

They did an amazing job so professional and wonderful customer service , cleaned up after every job they did in my home never left a mess. Christina was amazing! She worked so hard and was very professional along with Jackie. They were in Josh’s crew. We are so glad they are who we called when our house flooded. They knew what they were doing. Explained everything and took care of our belongings.

When my mom’s water heater broke and flooded the house,it was a terrible nightmare because they have so much stuff! When the insurance suggested I call Servpro I was happy to have an amazing staff of people promptly come to our rescue. Carlos Jimenez and Bobby Menchaca were the first employees I met and they had already done their homework on the house in route. Everyone has been so nice and professional- ensuring me they would take great care of my parent’s belongings. I seriously was afraid some of the packers might quit because it was an enormous task. But Julio Ortega, Cristina Alarcón, Armando Nevárez, Jacob Bañuelos , Joshua Esquivel , Jacob Márquez and Paul Coppinger all had the greatest attitudes and were respectful and hard working. I highly recommend these staff members of Servpro.
