I needed assistance to measure and buy a cable, but there was no, after 40 minutes they told me what was the next day, there was only one cash register in service,If they are not going to have assistance after 7pm, it would be better if they did not open at that time.

Dont order a carpet or floor install thru them here the workers they have coming out to do the work don't even speak a lick of English and the women setting up the install dates are beyond rude and out of line . I think they need a reality check when WE are paying THEM to do a service they need to get off there high horse and realize they won't have a job if we as customers don't pay them. I am very dissatisfied in Home Depot. Needless to say we will be using Lowes in the future

Easy to find plumbing parts, fair prices, and close proximity to my house. Prices are generally lower than Lowe's.

Zia Homes of El Paso builds quality homes but also exhibits excellent customer service. When our home was finished, they were very responsive in addressing items requiring attention, which were very few in number. When I use the word "responsive," I'm referring to both getting back with us after we first contact them to completing the required items in a timely manner. I would like to especially thank Ceci Cortez at the Zaragoza office for her professionalism and friendliness. I will not be building another home in my lifetime but if I did, I would definitely select Zia as the Contractor. Thank you

Be careful with this company. They will get you approved knowing you won’t qualify just so they can deny you once the house is completed and raise the price. My family was locked in for a house for $314,000 for 13 months. We completed our final walk through and were told by the “preferred lender” and our Zia realtor that we were good to go. Just a few days later they told us we were denied. Broken hearted we were told to cancel our contract to at least get our reserves back. As soon as we canceled our contract, they raised the houses price from $314,000 to $339,000. It was their plan the entire time.

I have rented a brand new build by this company for over a year now. SO glad we didn't buy it because we were considering it. Almost immediately on move in things started falling apart. Multiple doors are coming off the hinges. Door nobs have just randomly fallen off. The HVAC is clearly installed improperly because the temperature will be 80 degrees upstairs and 65 downstairs. These homes look pretty but they are extremely poorly built. Buyers beware.

The home is really well designed, especially the inside. Kudos to Ana Silva, the interior designer.

By far the worst builder. I should’ve gone with Hakes brothers from the beginning. Zia estimated my home to be ready in April and I just closed the last week of July. By far the worst customer service. The sales rep John never notified us of anything going on with the home or not even a congratulations was given once we closed but I’m sure he enjoyed his cut on the sale after not doing a single thing. Zia is a very snobby unprofessional company. So many defects in our home that were mentioned in the walk through that was rushed, we were given an hour to do so. Even then majority of everything wasn’t done once we closed. The quality of the work on the build is mediocre, it was nothing what we expected when looking through the model home. The tile was poorly laid, as well as the stucco, interior paint, cabinets, majority of the doors edges are smashed in, etc. Even now that I moved in they give you a 30 day warranty to request things you notice to be fixed and anything and everything isn’t covered by them. They’re the only builder to not offer front landscaping as well. Please beware and consider purchasing from them. Avoid yourself a headache and go with another builder.

Me and my wife loved the walk through. Elena our real estate agent was great in representing us, and asking questions on our behalf for being first time buyers. Randy represented Zia homes professionally, and was knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better representatives from both parties.

Zia by far has been the best builder in town. They go above and beyond to make your dream a reality. From offering bigger floor plans to fit any family needs and changing what upgrades are to other builders to being standard when you go through them. Their reserve process is by far the best. Our builder representative Crystal Barnes has made it a fun experience for us with constant updates and answering all our questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and gives you a welcoming vibe feeling like your going into a family buying through them. I have gained a friend through this process and I will definitely recommend to anybody looking to find a bigger home for the best price in the market.
