The warranty team also did a good job explaining all the details so I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone was professional and helpful, and I’m really happy with how my home turned out. Really great customer service

I had issues cracks on my ceiling and I called them they were really quick to respond and provided me with solutions me for pictures and had someone over to my place to check the issue the same day.
At no cost

They were friendly, attentive to my issues and efficient!!!!

Horrible! These guys cut every corner they could possibly cut! THEN they invented new corners just so they do it some more! Zero quality control! We have walls with no foundation under them! A whole section of the inside of the house, ALL THE OUTLETS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE, and the GARAGE DOOR where daisy chained through one single GFI electrical outlet so you can't even plug in any power tools without that tiny little breaker blowing! And this is after fighting with them for an full year just to fix the things I'm not even listing. They offer a 1 year full warranty, which sounds great, but once you buy the house they suddenly won't return phone calls? They make appointments then just don't show up? Then when they do show up they spend half their time trying to talk you out of the repair! Save your time and go with a company who has honor and integrity, and maybe won't try to cheat you every chance they get!

Trying to contact casas de Leon to fix the issues in my house has been a hassle from the start. Workers have been lazy and will find ways and excuses to no correct the issues on houses. My bathtub is hollow with no support under and creaks when stepped on. According to the workers that’s how all bathtubs are. Wanted to see if it’s true that all casas the Leon have hollow bathtubs like they claimed or if they just dont want to work to fix it.

Dont buy a house by Casas de leon. You're throwing your money... bad and poor quality. I bet the workers dont get supervised... might as well pay myself to make the house... will do a better job... but Julian help me fix one of the many problems it has. Thank you Julian, he is very nice and reccomend him!

Amazing customer service. Where able to answer every question in great detail. If you feel uneasy or just not sure no worries because they make you feel right at home and that’s how you want to start when purchasing your new home.

Had problems with my water heater, a/c unit and my garage roll up door and Miss Maria down at the office dispatched Julian and the team to come see the problem and get the ball rolling to get fixed or replaced.

Casas De Leon homes are the best. The builder checks in and makes sure they provide the best service. The team that works for Casas De Leon is very helpful and they always provide best customer service.

Casas de Leon has been one of the greatest builders for my clients each and every time. They provide high energy efficient homes at a price that well suits my client’s needs and wants.

I would not recommend Casas De Leon to anyone, and here are my reasons.

The builders themselves cut corners, for example electrical plugs were crooked as if they never used a simple level. They installed rugs early in the contruction and their is still paint on the edges that will not come out.

The cabinets...all of them are of the cheaptest qualities, they look dull and break quite easily.
I had to actually pay out of pocket to one of the workers to actually fix the problems they created or overlooked.

If you are wondering why I purchased from this company, well it takes time to find these flaws, plus, at first it wasnt a problem but it will start to pile up quickly. The bottom line is that their is no pride in this company, when I would come to check on the construction I would see the workers drinking beer, with cans everywhere...totally unacceptable, but when brought up to management, they blew it off.

If you are considering Casas de Leon, do yourself a favor and look at their competitors, they will more than likely provide you with excellent quality. Its too bad as these houses look great on paper but that is it.

I'm with James on this one. If you call just hit the "sales" option so at least someone will answer. If you make an appointment you have to call the day before, the day of (at least twice). Make sure you don't have anything planned for the day cause you'll just be waiting. Then when they get to your home for repairs, prepare for battle cause they will try and get out of anything. Then they'll make false promises that they'll bring something back for repair. After 3 times of this, I'm just stupefied by the lack of integrity and pride these individuals have in their work. If you have bought a home from them, best of luck to you, if you're thinking about buying, make sure you read this comment. Beware of the fake comments on here. :l

Update 5yrs later: My AC unit is having issues. I've had 2 HVAC workers tell me they don't know how the house passed inspection. What a shame. Casas de Leon strikes again. And looking at the recent reviews, it looks like things haven't changed. >:(

I hate to post a bad review as I was very excited to purchase our first home with casas de leon but soon after closing on the home was left disappointed. Our rockwall was falling apart just a month after closing and after bringing it up with the company they promised to fix it after Christmas. We'll here we are come to find out they refuse to fix it due to the rock wall not being under warranty. If it was done correctly to begin with we wouldn't be having this issue. We purchased a new home expecting things to be done correctly not for " cement" to fall apart in 1 month. I'm very disappointed with casas de leon and would have wished things in our home be done right as they had 8 months to build our home.

We regret buying a home from them. We have been in our home for two years and we are still having problems. We started with a leak in the upstairs shower down to our dining area, bathroom leaking downstaris, leaking in garage from balcony, electrical outlets not functioning like they should, our floor is not even upstairs, stairs are uneven. When we call them to fix the problem their response is always the house needs "maintainance" even though we were here less than a year. When they do come and fix caulking is the answer to everything.
The landscaping is another story. We have been working on our back yard and when we are digging we are finding nails, trash and broken beer bottles. My dogs dig out the broken glass and we have been lucky they don't eat the stuff they are finding.
The house was a model home before we moved in and they didn't even clean the home before turning it over to us.
The latest problem has been a leaking window downstairs coming into the room that they are not sure if it's fixed until we get a rain storm again. The latest problem is the cabinets fell off the wall and it damaged my maytag dryer. There answer was that the cabinets were to heavy and that is why they fell. I only had clorox wipes, feebreze abd random things. I called a cabinet expert and he said you can hang yourself from a cabinet and they should not fall. He laughed and said that, " that is the most ridicolous thing I have ever heard". I have been sending emails to see who is going to fix my dryer and no response.
I have another home built by Tropicana that I paid way less than this home and have not had any problems with.
Don't buy from this builder and look elsewhere. The home is easy to expensive for all these problems.

Beautiful houses! Very professional staff and everybody knows what they are doing. Would 100 percent recommend for anybody looking for a home
