My experience with Casas De Leon was so fulfilling and smooth throughout every step! As a first home owner this process can seem a bit scary however what it difference it made to work with a class A team I couldn't be more happy! This is what good customer service stands for! My home is top quality built with green features, energy star rated appliances and gave me the best architectural designed space out of their competitors! My family and I adore our new Casas de Leon home!

Do not recommend Casa de Leon everybody are as friendly and nice until you sign on the home then after that you on your own ac constantly messing up things that needed to be fixed have not been fixed yet it is such an headache. I was super excited to be a first time homebuyer but now I am regretting every moment of it.

I had a great experience with Casas De Leon! The sales manager was very knowledgeable about the houses and was able to answer any question I had. The homes themselves are great quality and come with great features. I like that the houses are energy star certified, which will help cut down on utility costs and be more energy efficient. I HIGHLY recommend checking these houses out if you're looking to buy a new home. Very affordable, I love my new home!

I bought a home from them in 2022. it was the worst experience in my life and still continues on. Every week something breaks, crumbles or becomes inoperable. You’re better of buying a manufactured home. These builders have taken a toll on me financially and mentally. Please don’t make the same mistake.

Working with this builder has been incredibly frustrating. They’ve left multiple projects incomplete and have not returned to properly address the issues. Appointments are scheduled, but contractors often don’t show up—with no notice or follow-up. The house has been left in unsafe conditions more than once, and there’s a clear lack of accountability.

When someone does come out, the work is rushed and poorly done, leading to repeated visits to fix the same problems. I’ve been told multiple times that things would be taken care of, but the promises rarely match the results. This lack of professionalism and care has made the entire experience stressful and disappointing

I can speak on all aspects of Casas De Leon. I trust them completely when it comes to my clients who are homebuyers. Each one of my clients who’ve invested in a Casas De Leon have benefitted from having their closing costs covered, interest rate bought down, an energy star certified home, front landscaping and I really enjoy the walk through process because the staff is great to deal with. Most builders don’t allow agents to be present. Casas De Leon does and it speaks highly of their character because they understand how important it is to the buyer to feel fully represented.

Also, I have represented hundreds of families over my 15 year career. When it comes time to sell a Casas De Leon resale home, they tend to do very very well. This is what buying a home is all about.

We’re are so thankful we decided to purchase a Casa De Leon home. We just relocated we had so many things going on. Working with Sergio was fantastic. He went above and beyond and made things feel very seamless as we brought this to a close. We had a very quick close and we were extremely pleased with the variety of options to choose from as we decided where we would call home!

I had a great experience buying my first home. You cant beat the incentives that come with the home. So far I have had no real issues. At first our A/C would not start and they had someone come in the same day. Our dryer also stopped heating and they were quick to send someone over.

Horrible builders horrible business. I wish I read reviews about this builder before purchasing my house. Initial glance the house looks gorgeous but when you’re advised to examine it closely to submit the 30day list addendum you see how the builders aren’t that great. I submitted 72 corrections. The doors were different colors, the carpet having paint on it, sink not being properly installed, the massive spacing between the door and the frame etc. The builders told me my list was too long and they’re unsure when they would fix it. This is my first home purchase and after I signed the paperwork it has been a nightmare with this company! They even left their trash behind!!!

I’ve called this builder multiple times regarding the mess and sloppy practices. For the past few months as the homes across the street have been built there has never been a foreman or any rep from this company that is implementing a clean and professional work standard. There is constant trash, beer cans and glass, nails, and various materials all over the street, which ends up in peoples yards and homes. Ourselves and neighbors included have had issues with nails in tires and various work trucks blocking the street and issues with trash. It’s gotten to the point where there have been materials dumped on the street in front of my home. Even after contacting the office to address these issues they get no response back, even though the answering machine states “you will receive a call back within 24 hours”.

Just bought a house and for whatever reason are AC was not completed. But thankfully Julian was on top of it and fixed it within a couple days and provided alternative housing due to high temperatures.
Edit : back to being disappointed. Lack of communication and reliability do not recommend. I will not be changing my review . 1 star services

Casas De Leon answered to our complaint. Got us new flooring paid by them all we had to paid for was the labor but they gave us a discount as well. On top of that they are sending someone to clean the house after they are done putting the floor. Thanks for making our experience better. We appreciate you guys going above and beyond for us when we had this issue.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had issues right away with the paint on the walls, the floor, the appliances, everything. They were hard to reach out. I bought my house 7 years ago, 2 years and a half after buying the house the floor cracked, they didn't want to help until we pushed for it, they finally change our flooring and now 5 years ago we are back to cracked floors everywhere. They are cheaply made. We own another house not from Casas de Leon and had that house for over 30 years the house is still in good condition. We have spent more money fixing this house than what we get to enjoy living in there 😒.

Casas De Leon Home builders are impossible to contact as they don’t answer their phones, I live in the county of el paso,tx in newer sub division approved by the el paso city planning department, but not protected by the city code enforcement program which is so wrong this builder and their sub-contractors throw their trash all over the place and obviously have no respect for others in this neighborhood. I have been dealing with this for months. How hard would it be to require this people to pick up after themselves and provide a dumpster for the trash? I wonder how the owner would feel if it was their home with this mess around it and 25 mph winds blowing, please consider others…!!
