I have had enough with this builder. I have not even lived in this brand-new home for three years, and the AC system has already been repaired more than five times. After the first year, they started charging me for labor, even though the same problem continues to happen.

Instead of properly diagnosing why the AC keeps malfunctioning, they only keep replacing parts. This has been very frustrating and unacceptable for a new home. In my experience, the quality of the home and the service after the sale have been very disappointing.

Such an amazing experience, very professional. 100% recommend .

I would like to thank Home Depot for recommending Suntec Mechanical for my air conditioning unit (5 ton split Rheem)I had got four other offers from different places that wanted to overcharge me and didn't know what they were doing. I went to Home Depot just to see what crazy offer they would give me. I was really surprised. All in a great way 😃. Of course its subcontracted out (Suntec mechanical )and they did an amazing job thank you . Thank you again for providing great service... And most of all thank u Suntech Mechanical for a great job.

I go often here to deliver lumber. Fast unloading when your appointment friendly forklift drivers. No overnight parking that's the only thing I didn't like

Not worth buying tools like electric rachets boght 2 milwaukee sets and 1 electric rachet stoped working when to store as it was under warranty, they tell me its under warranty but they can do nothing cause they dont carry that kit no more or have another rachet like the one i boght and they cant do a even trade aswell (so whats the warranty for then if it dont help for nothing)

The so called tech while working at the spectrum box, my spectrum services dropped. When I asked him what did he do he couldn't give me an answer. So now I have to wait for spectrum to fix the issue.

IES was hired to do electrical work at our house. The electrician who showed up on Wednesday was rude and he told us the work would be done by Friday. He showed up Thursday morning, didn't do anything, left and never came back. Friday morning came and went and no sign of him either. The manager was called and he said he'd be there after lunch. I guess he never finished eating because he never showed up. Monday morning he goes back to my house and I ask him why he never came back and he told me they told him "to hold off" which I know is a complete lie. He said the work would now be done on Tuesday. Tried to contact the manager again so he can explain who lied, him or his worker and didn't get a response. Save yourself the headache and DON'T hire IES.
