Dealing with Rooftech was entirely pleasurable and productive. We were able to discuss our needs for a new roof, and we were advised as to additional requirements as the job progressed. We received a comprehensive quote on the job, which was adhereded to completely. As warned, some additional unseen damage was uncovered, and the process of taking care of the additional materials and labor was handled professionally. Once the work began, they were always where they needed to be when they were sceduled to be there. This is unique in my experience with contractors. We ended up with a completely new roof, including new decking. We also contractecd with Rooftech to paint all or our exterior roof trim. As with the shingles, we were given choices as to colors and they provided exactly what we asked for. In all, I could not be happier with the quality of the work, the attencion to detail, and most of all the constant accurate communication. We would not hesitate to use them again.
