Charged my father $247.00 for 2 lbs of freon... didn't bother to fix the leak before. Now the place is flooded and ac Still doesn't work. Very unprofessional!!

Absolutely the best, hands down! I called around 9am and he was right out. Within 20 mins he found the what problem was (possibly) ran to Steins for the part and 10 mins later it was fixed. Lucky it was just the breaker outside..which is what he thought it was to begin with. Excellent service! Quick fix and for a faction of what I thought I would have to pay! Mr. Snow is by far the best HVAC Tech I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took the time explain the problem and had a fix in a timely manner. I will only be using his services from now on out. He is a straight shooter and a man of his word. BEST Service by far, can't say it enough.

These guys are real quality. We had an air conditioner go down on Thursday and he was out in a few hours. He refilled the freeon but that didn't do the trick. He had to order a whole new coil on Friday and came out on Saturday to install it. He didn't have to come out on Saturday but he did anyways. He and his work buddy are extremely nice people and do a great job. I would highly recommend his services.

Mr. Snow was here before 7 AM on Father's Day (Sunday) to fix my air conditioner, and he was done in under an hour. Very reasonably priced, extremely knowledgable, and helpful. He'll be the first person I call if I ever have an A/C problem. Highly recommend him. I'd give him more stars if I could!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Snow today who made the day much more bearable. After getting my car repaired at the dealership recently with 90 day financing for the repairs have made things tight. Then yesterday a Water leak in the wall between the garage and the living room only to notice another water leak at the street cutoff. Going without water is tough, but follow that up with ac quit blowing cold air late at night and we were actually looking forward to Monday morning. After spending the morning calling around looking for a technician that could top up an old r22 system. You would be surprised at how many won't these days. To my surprise, Mr Snow said he does work on these old units still and said he could come look at it for me today. In a short time Mr Snow was at the door. I explained to him that I was sure the unit probably needed from since the line was not getting cold and the air was not getting cold. He went out side to check ot and immediately said it may need freon, but it does need either a motor or a capacitor. Lucky for me, I stocked up on capacitors. He changed out the capacitor and then checked the freon. He said the freon was good and wanted to test the unit with the new capacitor. The motor powered right up and the line started getting cold. I felt like a complete idiot since I had done just that a few times over the past 6 years and should not have bothered a busy tech in AC season. Good thing Mr Snow seemed to have sensed my embarrassment and we chatted some about our past. He is the type of man you can talk to over coffee or a Jack and Coke. His prices were very reasonable and was quick getting the house to cooling off for the 2 year old... I highly recommend Mr. Snow id you do meed some AC work.

He will be my go-to for HVAC issues. Amazing service and value! He keeps his word and his quotes. We had a different company come to assess the repairs before Snow and I felt like I had to shower right after to wash away the sliminess of that other business. Snow's company is a godsend and I'm so thankful that there is still an honest and hardworking business in the area to utilize.

A/C went out, I knew it was the compressor. Called a different place, they came out, did their stuff and failed, telling me I had to get a whole new A/C unit. The following day Snow called me and came out to do his magic and got it fixed. Last year it was my motor and capacitor and charged me half of what I was expecting to pay. His prices are great and his work is great quality work and it's because he genuinely enjoys his job and I can see it and when someone enjoying doing what they are doing, they will always do a fantastic job. If you want the job done and someone that isn't trying to steal from you and actually wants you to save, Snow is the man for your Air needs!

My experience was positive from beginning to end, from my initial phone consultation with Oscar to the outstanding service provided by Gary Pineda, technician. As an older woman I truly appreciated the professionalism Gary demonstrated. He was extremely well trained, had an excellent work ethic (hard to find these days), was an excellent communicator, was organized and did the work efficiently and completely. I hope he is appreciated by management for his hard work and dedication to his company and job. In the future I will certainly recommend OGD and Mr. Gary Pineda to relatives and friends.

Honest, pleasant technician checked garage door + motor, said it was fine. Thank you. However, you left the chain gear in neutral, now I have to work with it until it works. I've done this before they're picky.
UPDATE i could not get it to work. We'll have to pay a Las Cruces company to come out tomorrow.
Oh by the way, if you call them, it may be any number of call centers, the call centers don't know what a garage door is.!!!!

Called Mr. Hernandez twice. First day didn’t respond to the pictures he had asked for. The second day, I had to reach out and luckily he answered.

We agreed on a price and a timeframe, which he never called or showed up. It’s ok, to get busy but some kind of communication would have been good.

We’re all busy as well and most of us don’t have the time to sit around and wait for someone that’s not going to show up.

I reached out to Luis about a few projects we needed in our new home. It was a laundry list, but he was up to the task. I needed a 101 lbs 10' butcher block installed as a desk in my office, along with installing monitor mounts. In addition to that, I also needed 77" and 65" televisions mounted. Within a couple of days he was already at my house working on the TV mounts. We didn't have the brackets yet for the desk, but as soon as they arrived, he was back within 1 business day. The desk and TVs came out great. Luis is professional, quick, and skilled. I will definitely be calling him for any other projects I need done.

No calls returned and no one showed up the day of the appointment. Poor customer service!
