Constraction reviews in El Paso, Texas

I am new homeowner and was nervous and skeptical when it came to roofers. I'd heard so many horror stories, however Damian was literally the BEST at quelling all my nerves. He walked me through every part of the process and was here to walk the roof with the insurance adjuster. He was very communicative and very easy to get a hold of. I was able to text him with questions and he promptly responded. The day of, his crew showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves when they left, it was like no one was ever here. I am truly impressed with the level of service they are providing their clients.

I will be using Heros Roofing again for any of my roofing needs/concerns.

Heroes Roofing did an excellent job with our roof. Damian's communication throughout the entire process and explaining with great detail made the experience go as smooth as possible. The connection with the client and the insurance company made it much better. I highly recommend!

Heroes roofing did an excellent job replacing my entire roof. The owner is extremely professional and does a fantastic job keeping the customer informed during the entire process. The entire process was painless and the owner solely handled everything from dealing with the insurance to scheduling a post inspection with the city inspector. He provided me with 2 years of free maintenance and 10 years of warranty, which is unheard of. The roof installation was completed in one day and my home was returned to me in a clean condition. I would highly recommend Heroes roofing for any roofing needs.

I was referred Heroes Roofing by work colleagues for my mom’s house and I’m glad I contacted them. From the beginning, the contractors were professional and made the process smooth. Damian and his crew came out the same day and evaluated my roof. They guided me on every step to get the roof replaced. I was told 3 days to have the roof completed and it was done on time and came out excellent. Contact Heroes Roofing, you will be satisfied.

Nov 21, 20025,
With all the rain and wind, September hit hard it took a toll on my roof and home. Imagine finding water inside it was so stressful. Calling Insurance, what is needed. I honestly felt stressed out. I found Heroes Roofing & Construction - Thank you Jeremy Loya you are awesome. He presented all information, showed images of Heroes work. Walked me through the process. Showed up when insurance adjuster came to the house. I wasn't alone!
Mr. Damian Owner and Mr. Daniel Project Manager understood my questions and concerns and worked with me I appreciate your patience's.
The Crew was respectful and hardworking. Kudos to Carlos and Manny. The Interior crew Wow thanks Eddie, Marco and Richard they are awesome.
And recently with the rain on Thursday I called to notify of finding water inside. Damian sent his foreman Manny and advised me they would get to the bottom of this issue.
This is key to Communication, their Value in Quality of results, supporting the progress and completion of their work. I Thank you Heroes Roofing & Construction for you just didn't stop when the roof was done. You continued to show that

If anyone is reading this call Heroes for an appointment and see the results. I would love to show pictures of the finished product, but I can't get up on the roof to take pics but when I'm driving up to the house, I love the way my house looks with its new roof.
Thanks,
Ms.Valles
