Constraction reviews in El Paso, Texas

Great prompt professional work! I’d highly recommend if your house is in need of a complete roof replacement.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Heroes Roofing & Construction

Since my very first communication with Heroes Roofing, Bryan made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to explain the entire process and walked me through all the insurance-related questions I had. The team was also extremely flexible and worked around my schedule so they could replace my roof while I was present.

El Paso has had some unusually rainy days recently, and I haven’t seen a single leak—proof of the quality work they did.

Thank you to Bryan, Jeremy, Damian, and the entire Heroes Roofing team for this much-needed upgrade. I truly appreciate your professionalism and outstanding service.

I had water leaking through my ceiling and another roofer told me I’d probably need to remove my solar panels which was going to cost me thousands. I decided to call Heroes Roofing for a second opinion, and I’m glad I did.
Jeremy came out immediately, inspected everything thoroughly, and quickly found the actual source of the leak without needing to remove the panels. Within just a few days, the team had everything repaired, and they did an amazing job.

I also want to thank Damian, the owner, for personally checking in afterward to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of customer service really means a lot.

If you’re looking for a company that’s honest, responsive, and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Heroes Roofing.

Heros delivered a precise attention both before and after. Jeremy was attentive to what we needed, knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. The workers were polite, punctual, deligent workers and picked up after themselves. They even covered some of the holes my dogs had dug in their dog run. I definitely recommend Heros Roofing.

Loved the experience with heroes roofing. They did an amazing job on having my roof replaced. Service was quick. Kept great communication. Not only did they do my roof, but also took care of repairing the interior water damage. Will highly recommend.

Don’t just don’t. You will thank me later

Excellent service!!!! Highly recommend!!! Quality work for reasonable prices.

These guys did an amazing job on my rental home in the upper valley. Their attention to detail and follow up was out of this world.

Great work, great price, responsive and work was they completed my entire roof start to finish in two days… super fast and work has held up great!

Poor business practices. Customer beware! Caused damages to home and did not make repairs. Also quoted a price and then jacked up price when they did not seal roof properly and created other damages. When we asked to pay refused payment until he said permit was placed (which never was) started work without permit. Then had the gall to say we did not provide payment when we called several times to make payment/ met in person but did not accept payment.

Hired to replace a roof. Gave us a good quote but at the end added a lot material which was not approved, therefore price was much higher than what he quoted. Replaced roof and while in the process forgot to cover open roof when it rained. Rain damaged inside hall area which he had to repair. At the end did not complete his work. Screws were missing from the trim and lost a piece of siding. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

I had a maintenance visit from El Paso Heating and Air Conditioning to check my ductless AC before the summer starts. The tech arrived right on time and was very thorough with the cleaning and the electrical checks. He found a small issue with the filters that I hadn't noticed during my own check. They are very professional and the customer service on the phone was helpful too. It is good to know the system is ready for the El Paso, TX heat. I am very satisfied with the quality of the inspection they provided today.

Have a local name but they answer in Denver CO
