Communication was great right from the beginning the guys were very accommodating to schedule appointment for service. I got text messages to update me on arrival of technician and who to expect at my door which was very thoughtful. When David arrived he was asking questions and listened to my needs for service and was so helpful with answering my questions. David did a full circle inspection on my units helped me with my filters and even showed me photos of my units to provide important information to better help me understand the conditions of my units and what services would look like in the future. I would like to share my great experience with Texas Summer. My first contact was with David Anchondo he is extremely knowledgeable and very honest. I felt very comfortable explaining my issue since my refrigerated air went go out. He was able to get there same day to diagnose the issue and get the unit up and running in no name. The communication is professional and immediate they notify you when they are there. My husband and I were very satisfied and would strongly suggest you use them they are unique and dependable. David showed up for me when I called last minute on a Friday. Other companies were too busy and even though David was swamped as well, he showed up for us the next day. Our ac had been out for 3 days and I kept getting the run around from the guy who installed it. A different company told us the part would take 2 weeks to get in; I was beginning to freak as it was July and hotttttt!!! David made calls and found us a part and came Sunday to save the day. He was a huge blessing to us and I highly recommend his company!

Texas Summer came to the rescue .... My AC was done for 6 weeks. The company that installed is conducted a wrong diagnostic, after serveral visits they said is was the compressor. Long story you read the review on ECO living site . I ended up asking David to take over. He repaired my unit without a compressor being needed, after his diagnostics it was a Dryer filter. I was up in 2 hours , with the other company I was down for 6 hot weeks. Good Job Texas air

I booked a service ticket Saturday morning for Monday because online didn’t offer service until Monday. However, David Anchondo still called me around 1pm stating they were in the neighborhood and if I was available for service. They fixed my A/C unit within the hour. I would love to say how fast and efficient David and his son were today. I called this morning around 8:50am and he said he’ll be out around 1pm same day I said great. They ended up coming early called in advance to see if that was okay with me, which was even better. I told them what was wrong with my a/c and they got straight to work friendly services even was respectful or my 1 y/o son and my two puppies. Very understanding with communication and helped me and my husband understand what the problem was. Very affordable 1000000% recommend Texas Summer heating and cooling. 5 stars hands down. I scheduled an appointment online but David called to let me know there was an appointment available the following day. David arrived on time, was courteous and straight forward. He was able to order the AC motor that same day. When it arrived, he came in that same day, and installed the new motor in less than 30 minutes! They guarantee their work for one year. They offer 10% off to first responders, senior citizens, and military (which I forgot to mention at the time) but still affordable. They also have a great safety feature in which they text a photo of the technician arriving to your home. Highly recommend Texas Summer.
