Ricardo and his crew did a great job in my house, they worked fast and professionals. I’m satisfied with the work that they did.

First I really need to express the disappointment that we have had with this company! Before we installed they promised that they were going to be there for us for any issues. Right off they installed wrong thermostat, that took over 2 weeks to correct. We signed a contract for our addition that they were supposed to come and install split unit when we were ready it took them more them more than a month to get back to us when they were going to do it. Now Not even a year that we have this unit our motor goes out and we have to wait a week for them to come fix it in this hot heat With our kids having to suffer . I regret getting refrigeration air with this company they are not very good at customer service anytime that we have called them
With an issue they always gives us the runaround. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

By far one of the most unprofessional and unreliable companies in this city. Not only do their technicians give little to no information after installing their units, but they are little to no help as well. If you’re looking for a mediocre company with mediocre customer service, look no further! This sorry excuse for a company not only does terrible installs, but their pathetic technicians don’t even bother picking up after themselves. Instead they hide their trash anywhere they assume the homeowner won’t bother to look. I have videos and pictures to prove it. All of that might be excusable if they were actually reliable, but they take hours, sometimes days to respond and if you aren’t brown nosing their sassy little office clerk, you can expect their technicians to arrive at the end of the day. Don’t waste your time or your money on these unprofessional, unreliable, shady and pathetic excuse of a company!

I do not recommend this company for your HVAC needs. I had refrigerated air installed by them in early July, and only a few weeks later it completely stopped working, which left my house roasting hot for over a week. They took far too much time to respond to my calls and texts requesting them to fix the system, and at times just completely ignored me. The only way I was able to finally get it fixed was by working through a Lennox representative, who said that the electrical work was wired wrong.

I have had a bad customer service experience with this company, and would advise against using them if you would like reliable AC with quick customer service.

The only thing they want is sell their system. They don’t even check the unit, they lied. I don’t know if the technician doesn’t know or is the company. They wanted to sell me a new system in 9,000 because mine wasn’t good anymore. I only paid &14.67 at the store to get the part I needed and my ac is working perfectly fine. Don’t waste your time with this company.

They are very courteous and knowledgeable on what they are doing. In less than an hour the tech WHO WAS TRAINING another tech got my air conditioner back up and running.

I like this companies contract agreement for preventative maintenance that allows me to make monthly installments or payments each month. They do a good job.

Worst place ever to do business, do not go to them. They have no idea what they are doing. Asked them several times to send a specific tech to the house and sent a person that doesn't know the system we have. Also when appointment was set up had to reschedule 3 times and no apology or nothing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this low down dirty company.....

If your service is as bad as you drive, I would not trust you at all. The young man with earings was driving that truck so irresponsibly 08/10/2023. It even seemed he was driving intoxicated.

Our home is almost 100 years old. Carlos, Leo and their team went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. They always answered our calls and kept their appointments. Thank you so much!
