I have nothing but the highest praise for Jesse and Comfort Team. My 16-year-old AC was making a grinding noise. I called the company, and Jesse came out the following morning to assess the problem and related solutions. After Jesse carefully explained the problems and coupled with the age of the AC, I decided to have a new AC and heating unit installed. A few days later Jesse installed the new AC & heating unit and chemically cleaned my other AC unit. I 100% recommend Comfort Team for your HVAC needs.

I want to express my gratitude for the professional work done. I made a mess with a Mr. Cool DIY 5 ton unit and broke a line. They were not only to fix but finish the install in an excellent manner. The final product of the work was perfect. The service was quick too, done less than 48hrs. I highly recommend their service.

Honest, kind people!! Spoke to Connie & instead of letting me waste money on a service that was only needed yearly she told me when I had last serviced my refrigerated system and said I wasn't due! Fast response and can usually come out next day! When they do their yearly servicing they check for CO2 leaks which is amazing! Love this company!

I requested their service to repair my air conditioner, the technical staff very professional, however my AC needed a part that covered my warranty, they asked me for money up front that supposedly the warranty would return to me in a check for reimbursement in 2 weeks at the latest. I contacted Edith de la Rosa, who stated that my refund was made, however she never presented evidence of the transfer or check, they just gave me the turnaround. Bad service
