It was a change I considered for a few years but was too apprehensive to make until the unbearable summer heat pushed me to make the switch. I got quotes from multiple companies but I was sold as soon as I meet Daniel and Edith. They were so prepared and professional that they set my mind at ease. Daniel and his crew were all very pleasant and worked very cleanly. I think my house was slightly cleaner after they finished the work than before. I was a little intimidated by the Nest thermostat that came with my new system but Daniel patiently explained all the features and walked me through the settings. He was great. I'm very pleased with the work they did. I'm happy with the price and I'm very, very happy with how cool the house is despite the infernal summer heat.

Having always had a swamp cooler in the past, I had so many questions (some were silly) concerning the switch over. Mr. Espinoza answered them all, even the ones I did not know how to ask. The cost was all-inclusive, detailed and transparent. There was nothing hidden, nothing fuzzy. That gave me such peace of mind.

The scheduling was precision like. Their professionalism, integrity, and expertise were evident at every turn. They showed up before time, knew their assignments, and executed them effortlessly and respectfully. Watching them, work was a master class...

Heat Heroes commitment to customer satisfaction continued. Installation day was July 3. Daniel was at my house the next day, Independence Day, following up, making sure that we were comfortable throughout the night, and the system ran smoothly. Daniel reminded me of the upcoming inspection, seasonal servicing, and to reach out to him if we needed.

It has been almost a year. I change the air filter religiously, every month, and the energy bills have decreased. Thanks to the system’s performance, I have the freedom to be comfortable based upon my needs through every season.

After quoting with several local company's in town we decided Heat Hero's because of the great reviews and cost. We had air-conditioning conversion completed and I must say the professionalism and charismatic crew we had installing are the best. Owner took the time to explain in detail what is to be expected and before I knew it equipment was installed and running. Having the ability to control the temperature at my fingertips is defiantly my favorite part, the smart thermostat is convenient.
