When I needed emergency a/c repairs in the middle of summer, they were quick to help. They were very fast, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

On time and very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable techs. The phone service is not so responsive on returning phone calls but I’m sure they are busy mid-summer.

They do not answer the phone. They gave a window of 9am-5pm and called when they were in route instead of giving the proper notice. After which they told us that could not come back until a week and a half later.

They are only available for service calls from 10 am - 2 pm. For people that work, this is highly inconvenient. Took them 2 days to fix our air conditioning. Service techs were friendly.

These guys did my gas range install from Lowes. They were great. They communicated well with me, were punctual, and did a good job.

They put a new swamp cooler on the roof 4 years ago. Now we find out the unit was not put on correctly. If a wind blows to hard it could fall off. Plus the used tape instead of the correct material to seal the vents. They won't do anything about iy. U call there office most of the time u get a recording

I had Ideal climate come out to look at my heater that hasn't been working properly. They were really friendly/knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who has heating or cooling issues.

Did not show for appointment. When I called, the receptionist apologized and said she could make an other appointment but there would really be no way they would actually be able to keep an appointment. The best they could do is just show up when they were free.

Very nice and cordial upon first meeting. But have been trying to get them back out to my home for the past week to finish their job. Told one thing in person and getting the runaround on the phone. Very unprofessional! Don't waste your time nor your money.

This company is extremely unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and it took days for my phone calls to be returned. The technicians were friendly, however it took two weeks and several visits for them to diagnose and fix the problem with my air conditioner. I would not recommend this company based on how rude and unprofessional their office staff is and their inability to fix the problem with my air conditioner in a timely manner.

Ideal Climate (LLC) is just as the name implies...IDEAL!. A good friend of mine recommended this Company to help repair my Mother's AC unit during nearly triple digit weather temp. They resulted being of the utmost quality service: Professional, HONEST and extremely Efficient, to say the least!

My home warranty assigned this company to me for my HVAC. It took days to get a hold of someone. Don’t bother leaving voicemails as they won’t call you back. They claim they didn’t receive service orders

Completely incompetent. They were the company my warranty selected, so that probably says something already. They came to look at my HVAC system which was not functioning properly and eventually concluded that the condensate pump was broken (conveniently the one item not covered under warranty). I decided to hire a more reputable company for the repair and within a minute of arriving they were able to determine the condensate pump was working perfectly fine and there was simply a component unplugged. AC worked fine after that, haven't had any issues since. Ideal Climate is a complete joke of a company, they are either intentionally dishonest or just outright have no idea what they are doing.

Incompetence as a Lowe’s Installer…found 2 reasons to not install dishwasher on 2 different occasions. They disconnected dishwasher drain and didn’t cap it off either end. Now my sink is unusable until plumbing gets all sorted out…And they claimed to Lowe’s that dishwasher install was completed. Had to get refund from Lowe’s. Beware to those using them as HVAC. NOT ACCREDITED BY BBB

Home warranty contracts this company...but it took two weeks to get get thru and speak with a very rude receptionists. Another week to get techs to come. Techs did not provide full information and did not submit report in time. Tech said warranty would likely cover and then it turns out it was a lie because he did not disclose or provided a report to us customers. Receptionist made decision company would not fix either way. Highly unprofessional!

Mr. Marcos visited me on a Wednesday, and on Tuesday of the following week, they fixed my AC, the customer service was the best, I am really happy with they work. The secretary was very kind to me at all times, I don't have a single complaint. I wish I could give them more stars 🌟

This company price gauges and are unreliable. They kept us two months without fixing our AC unit, at the end they wanted to charge us 1,400$ to put gas on our AC as they didn’t fix the initial problem. Also, we have cameras on our house. They don’t knock or ring the doorbell, and then tell you you weren’t home when they went. Do not spend your time or money with these unprofessional people.

Great service - punctual and straight to business - took care of our issue with no problem. Courteous and explained the issue and had the resolution immediately. Definitely a company you want to keep in your rolodex . Thank you Mr. Sanchez for your professionalism.

Other reviews are accurate. The service techs are very nice, but the office (if they can be reached) is very unhelpful. I’ve had no AC for five weeks, and have taken off many days from work to accommodate their very limited availability. They seem unable to fix our problem, ordering part after part, while my family has several fans running.
