Alfredo was very professional and installed an air conditioner unit in my home. Its nice having cold air again, my other air conditioner was not working anymore.

I used to have el paso climate solutions come to my house to do start ups for the winter time because i couldnt get up on the roof. MR. Comacho came to my house like he said he would for a refrigerated air conversion mini split system and has the best prices in town. I'm preparing for a ductless minisplit system for my back side of my house as I continue with home projects with energy efficient windows with window world and refrigerated air and heating. This would be a huge upgrade for my two huge bedrooms in my five bed room house that was originally with evaporative cooling and a wall heater. thanks to Mr. Camacho and Gilbert for their business.

The guy doesn't schedule appointments or nothing he expect for you to wait for him the hole day. Never answered the phone, and he ask to only messages him, but he doesn't answer the message either. When shows up he want to charge $89 to take a look at the AC without any agreement to that fee. This guy it's a joke, don't waste your time on this guy.

My parents have been waiting on AC repairs from Mr. Camacho for over a month already. He's been paid even when the unit had 10 year extended warranty. Horrible call back and wait time. Says he'll stop by at a certain time and ignores calls when he doesn't show up on scheduled times.

Jorge provided an estimate to replace duct work. We agreed the work would be scheduled for a Tuesday. We called him on Tuesday and he claimed a piece of equipment was down and he would need to reschedule the work until Saturday. We contacted him on Saturday and he claimed a family member was sick and he wasn't able to do the work. He agreed to schedule the work on Monday. We texted and called him several times. He finally returned a text close to noon. He said he was on his way. He showed up to tell us he would not be able to do the work. He said we could either wait or go with someone else. He didn't have the courtesy to contact us the couple of times he cancelled. We had to reach out to him and we brought it to his attention, he simply replied by stating he had a lot of work. We went one week without air conditioning because we had agreed we would have the ceiling down for him. Extremely disappointed by the manner in which Jorge treated us and do not plan to do business with Climate Solutions ever!
In response to the owners below comments I will say that a price was never negotiated. He gave us a price and we agreed to it and we never asked him to change that price. He says we wanted a lower price but that is false. He gave us a good price but never came through. Price had nothing to do with why he avoided our calls and texts and put us off for a week.

Beware!!! Worst, worst, worst company ever. Don't hire these people. They don't know how to put systems, my mother's, my aunts and mine don't work . The refrigeration systems stop functioning every other month. When it stops working and you try to call them the owner Alfredo will ignore all calls. I had tried calling several times and he avoided my calls. When this happened I decided to send two other companies (which were VERY professional ) and they mentioned that the system was put incorrectly. I called Alfredo several times for weeks and he nevered answered until I messaged him late. When I told him what the other company said, he tried arguing and said he would go. He showed up a couple of days later. I tried to tell him what the others mention, he said he didn't care what anyone said that their opinions were wrong and he argued with me. Then he looked at the system and said that a part needed to be replaced. 3 weeks later and he hasn't gone to fix it. We have called and called and still no answer.

Had system a few years ago, when we called to him repair took several calls to get ahold of him. He never calls back or texts back. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Was charged $100 for a service call which never resolved issue. Just gave up and called someone else. Will never recommend this company or owner to anyone and will actually tell everybody what bad service and professionalism he has. I would put zero stars if it allowed!

These guys installed at my parents home and we thought they were doing work professionally. Turns out the solar company hired them so they didn’t write out a contract. Aside from a fire hazard the correct ton air conditioner was not installed they installed it in one day and no one ever heard of them again. Didn’t even offer a warranty or his number.

I wouldn’t recommend their service at all!!!

I feel I need to tell everyone about my experience with Delta T. I will recommend them to all my relatives and friend from now on. I dealt with a girl manager which was very professional and respectful. Cant remember her name though. She sent out the technicians on a weekend and they took care of my furnace issue right then and there. I had called three other companies before and all gave ne the run around because it was the weekend. They are my go to company from now on.

Great work ...awesome guys!! Needed my unit fixed on a Sunday and these guys made time to come even though they already had a full schedule. AWESOME service with AWESOME and friendly guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone... They now have a new customer for all our A/C needs!! Thank you Delta T!!

Techs were awesome got the job done and left NO MESS!!!! They left the area nice and clean. THANK YOU DELTA T!!!!!

Our compressor went out and the quick response to getting the quote to finishing the job was fantastic. Not only did they work hard, they also made sure that all our questions were answered while explaining what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company especially Gonzalo.

As a General Contractor in EP I am very familiar with what contractors of various types of business have to deal with.

After 4 attempts from a previous HVAC contractor to correct an issue with my air conditioner, I called Delta T to schedule an appointment. This took some patience on my part but after contacting Alpha T for the 2nd time, a tech was sent the next day. I had the choice to call someone else but chose to hang in there with Delta T. Dimitri arrived and corrected the issue in approximately 20min. He was very professional and polite and resolved a issue a previous HVAC contractor could not resolve.

Time spent at each clients home to resolve their problem is unpredictable as it takes time to detect the issue and then resolve the it. This is often why setting an exact appointment time not possible.

Alpha T is HIGHLY recommended if you have a little bit of patience and want a qualified HVAC contractor to attend to your hvac needs…

I highly recommend Delta T! Gonzalo was very professional. We had some bad weather conditions that delayed my service, but he made sure to keep me updated on when he would be coming by. He’s efficient, helpful, and his prices are very fair. He truly cares about his customers.

Luis is awesome. So professional, responsive, respectful and we felt so taken care of. We had a literal nightmare air conditioning issue for 3 months and Luis worked overtime to solve the problem. What a great guy. Thank you DeltaT. Give that guy a raise.

We called several companies on Friday and the closest appointment we could get was in a week. However when we called Delta T they were here with in the hour. After checking the system they noticed that there was a part that needed be purchased but it was too late to buy it the same day. So they promised to come on Saturday and they did come early Saturday and fixed our system. They were very professional and attentive and they explained everything and answered all my questions in detail. Thank you from an excellent service.

DELTA T replaced my 2 ACs in 2 days! They were on time when they came out to do the estimate, quickly gave me a detailed proposal, the office contacted me right after to see if I had questions or needed help financing. Their job was done professionally and they even cleaned up really well afterwards. I very pleased amd happy and highly recommend.

Just did a refrigerated air conversion with Delta T and they did an awesome job. They were very professional and they knocked out the conversion quickly. I’m happy with the results. Nena is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

Miguel and Ricky provided a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. The quote provided was substantially lower than any of the 4 quotes received from competitors. Miguel and Ricky weren't salesmen. They were the actual installation contractors. I liked this much better than getting quotes from sales people on a cookie cutter quote sheet and then having different people show up to do what was promised. Everything promised was delivered. This kept things stress free on my end as the customer. Very professional crew. Good communication, price didn't change from what was quoted even after working an extra day longer than was quoted. I highly recommend using them.

I knew I had a leak somewhere because I could see the water damage. 1st tech came alone and said he didn't find a leak but clearly it was missed how do walls get wet if there is no leak. I was charged for the visit and labor when in reality nothing was done. I called again because I was sure there was leak a different tech came. That tech stated the the pipes sweat and taped it and left. Called again...miracle they found the leak and fixed it...but left the tube that goes into the pump outside of the pump if it wasnt for the fact that I kept and eye out I wouldnt have noticed so more water damage. I recorded a video and send it to the lady that answers the phone. The owner called to apologize but nothing more. I called again to speak to the lady that normally answers the phone and they told me there was no one by that name. I've use Delta before and the lady that answers was always courteous . Timing was bad they gave a window of when they would come and they would show up but not in that window and unannounced.

Great service from start to finish! The HVAC team was professional and on time. Jessie and Xavier did the winter maintenance and they did a wonderful job. They showed me pictures of the before and after.
Everything works perfectly, and they took the time to explain how to operate the system. Highly recommend Delta T
