Terrible customer service as a business owner I don't recommend this distributor save you're time and money

Took forever to unload. Hard to get into elevated dock

I had delivery for them. They unloaded fast. Friendly staff. After hours you can stay overnight.

Even though the pandemic has affected how they service the customer. They still provide superior service. Ricky Cortez is an exceptional salesperson with high standards when it comes to customer service. Always a pleasure doing business with Baker Distributing. Always has what I need when I need it. Had a delivery appointment for 0800. Parked in the customers Dock for the night. They knocked on my door at 0700. And had me done by 0750. They were friendly and professional. Even offered me freshly brewed coffee. Would definitely come back to deliver again.

Bakers is a great company. They offer great service and always recommend the best quality of products when we need them. We are a local company that comes by often for certain materials. Every time we come in we are greeted and helped out in a timely manner. Staff is very nice, and the coffee is great!! I highly recommend th this company for all HVAC and pretty much everything you need.

I was running around looking for the remaining ACHAC registers I needed since the first place I went to didn't have them in stock. I did a quick Google search, gave these guys a call, and the woman who answered was very helpful and let me know that the ones I needed were in stock. I got there, purchased all 3, so I can complete my job at home. I will definitely do business with Baker again.

Guy finally came out on Saturday and put the wrong size pump on and now they won't even come back to put the correct size water pump in.

These people will make promises they cant come through on. Save yourself some time and money and pick someone else to actually fix your AC.

I was given an appointment between 1-4 which was in service hours but the technician didn’t show up until 6:30 so I had to pay the after hours rate I was prepared for this but was given 4 different amounts for the after hours rate I will NOT be using this company ever again even though I have used them several times in the past

Excellent customer service I always use them for my needs and never had an issue. I have try a few companies but none of them compares to this one I prefer them for the professionalism and the great customer service they provide from the moment they pick up the phone great service thanks

Horrible! First time they came air conditioner stoped working next day. They came back and charged me full amount. When it was obvious they did not fixed right. Now I give them another opportunity and after 1:30pm they cancelled on me with 2 kids, and elderly and 100 degrees outside. Knowing how difficult is to find another repair service for same day. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!
