Our AC went out. My home warranty set me up a claim with this company and told me if I didn't hear from them to give them a call.
They never called us. When we did call 80% of the time we had to leave a message. Again. They never called us back.
The other 20% of the time, we were told that the company could see our claim and will be on their way to our house.
They never showed up.

I finally had to call my warranty company and request a new company.

I just spent a year, away from my family, in the middle east during a pandemic. This is the least professional and courteous company that I've had the displeasure of dealing with so far. Hope this is not a sign of how El Paso is going to be.

The girl in office is beyond rude.. owner called back trying to defend her by trying to sound intimidating and manly Hahaha . It’s probably his relative. The techs are not rude but unfortunately don’t know what they are doing. They installed a new unit and the following year it stopped working. After 6 visits they decided it was my lines that needed replacing. Called a friend instead and he replaced the condenser coil that had obvious leak. And the expansion valve was faulty and leaking. Luckily my unit was under warranty. I don’t know how they still operate.

Filed a claim with my home warranty and was teamed up with Ideal Climate. The process was very smooth, easy and they were very fast! It was easy to schedule an appt, they were punctual and fixed our unit right away!

My wife and I submitted a request through our home warranty service to get one of our AC units fixed. This company was submitted by our Home Protection plan. We assumed this company would provide a professional experience only to receive the total opposite. Their initial visit was on July 3rd but we have not heard any updates since. No one picks up the phone and with the hot weather in the three digits, having small children, compromises their safety. We are still waiting for our unit to get fixed.

My home warranty assigned Ideal Climate to diagnose my ac. I called them on Monday and receptionist was very nice. She gave me an appointment for Wednesday. They arrived and diagnosed bad fan motor. The next morning, Thursday, they arrived and replaced the motor. Techs were very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company if and when a/c repairs needed. Thank you LORD!!!

Ideal Climate came out to our home and told us exactly what we needed in regards to our AC. The tech said this AC needs to be replaced we no longer can get parts for it. So he was very nice and very professional and very polite.He ordered it and when it came in it didn't take long at all.The AC is in finished and they did a wonderful job, very nice n neat. I can't say enough of this company they are very good and I will definitely use them again. The office mgr and office staff are also very nice,polite and extremely efficient. Thank you IDEAL CLIMATE for the wonderful work you did.
