Excellent customer service!! The technician Mike was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to find out if product was under warranty. He was honest and hardworking. I can tell he takes pride in his work and representing the company. I highly recommend EA Heating and Cooling!

They called 30min prior to their scheduled appointment as promised. The tech, Mike, was friendly, open to teach us how to manage our unit, and explained the whole process and provided an estimate before he did any work. He helped ease our concerns and was just awesome! I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!

Highly recommend! I have been suffering with high temps for two weeks and I was going back and forth with two other techs from other companies prior to contacting EA Heating and Cooling. I should've called them to begin with! Eric showed up and not only diagnosed the problem immediately but fixed it just as fast, talked me through what he was doing and why, and explained so thoroughly I understand my mini-split better! He was very patient, professional and friendly, answered all my questions and concerns and it's safe to say that if my AC goes down again in the future, I know who I'll be calling right away! Mikey completed the annual service and cleaning for our AC units which had not been cleaned in almost 2 years. He did a very thorough job cleaning the units. He was very careful around our home and ensured to clean up any mess that was made during the cleaning. He was always professional and provided great recommendations to maintain our units. He answered all of our questions and installed and set-up our thermostat unit. I highly recommend EA heating & Cooling and Mikey. We are very pleased with the results.

Called to schedule an appt and Gabriel showed up within 40 mins. Gabriel was super knowledgeable, friendly and great customer service. He also found the issue right away and thank goodness otherwise there would have been some serious damage as water was collecting on the bottom of my unit and pipes were clogged. Highly recommend!! Excellent service!
Called yesterday and they were here before the end of the day. Told me exactly what had to be replaced, and offered options… late last night we called and let them know that we were gonna be moving forward with the replacement and they were by 830 this morning and replaced the AC unit. The guys were very friendly and respectful of us and the home. Emanuel, Mike, and Eric were so professional and friendly. Definitely recommend them 100%.

Gabriel was great in providing services to my a/c unit. He took before and after pictures. He cleaned out the unit. He was very respectful and took his time taking care of everything before he left. Excellent experience with EA Heating and Cooling. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was attentive to our needs, nice and polite. The technician (Gabriel) showed up on time and was very courteous and respectful. He was very knowledgeable and did great work servicing and inspecting the AC unit. Definitely would recommend. Had an issue with AC freezing constantly. Gabriel and Mike were phenomenal. They both looked into every possible issue and made recommendations/ fixes based off of what was found.
