I’ve used several HVAC companies in El Paso for services for both my businesses and home. No one comes close to the outstanding service and affordable pricing provided by Tech-Vac.

The company is new to me as well, the technicians did a great job in diagnosing my problem.

AWFUL SERVICE! Called because A/C was leaking freon. Employee who came said it had too much and let some out, came back and said we needed more freon and added more and didn't find leak. Charged $310 (for freon he had let out and had to put more in) and 6 days later freon leaked out. Called owner and never answered calls or texts. After 5 days finally answered call. Owner came and said we needed to replace unit and would call with estimates, we never heard from him again.

UPDATE:: Due to various issues and lack of professionalism with communication and promises made not kept, the quality of service is no longer what it was. Any review written prior are rescinded and I support any reviews from other individuals who write less than favorable review.

I had an issue with a previous contractor, this led me to worry about any contractor in general. When I first met Jose, it was due to issues from the first contractor.

Jose was spot on in every way possible, he was on time, on budget, knowledgeable and HONEST. I've sung his praise on the quality of work to everyone I know!

As a side note: I work in the Design field and with my schooling & work experience.. I know when I see good work! BTW I live out of the city, I sent my realtor my keys and a check and Jose did the best job ever! This is guy has a small but honest company that is growing and soon I'll have to call on him again for another house I own.

If you want Integrity call this guy!

We were using a home warranty company who flat out failed me. Tech vac stepped up and helped me get my heat back on in winter. I have since decided to use them as my maintenance company for my heating and cooling. Thanks for the prompt responses to my families needs.

I am extremely pleased with Tech-vacs HVAC service. They are affordable and the techs are knowledge able . I use them at my personal house and at work when we need HVAC repairs or new construction. I would recommend them to anyone trying to cool down in the summer. Or warm up in the winter. Top notch service.

Tony was great. We thought we needed to upgrade our unit. Turns out it just needed refrigerant and repair. Our house is now cool again. Thank you for your honest work.

Spoke to Jose Gutierrez on Monday and he scheduled me for a free estimate the following day. As per my husband repair took less than 30 minutes and they were able to explain him in detail what needed to be done. Pricing was very affordable and they were able to help us out with an arrangement. Will definitely recommend to family and friends, Thank you so much guys great job!

Tech Alfredo Ortiz was very professional and zeroed in on the heating problem within a few minutes. I will call them for any heating and cooling issues and recommend them.

They put holes in our transfer box, and the system leaks coolant, so my house is 79 degrees at the coolest! Boss won't call back for 2 WEEKS! Horrible. NEVER USE THEM!

Alfredo Tovar the technician was very complete in his fact finding to establish what the problem was with my furnace. He got right into it and the issue has been resolved. I was very impressed, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services…

Mr. Nesselhuf provided timely and accurate updates on the tech's arrival. Mr. Ortiz was very helpful, punctual, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my HVAC system, figured out what parts were needed, and will be returning to finish the repair. I look forward to working with him and TECH-VAC to be back up and running soon.

Update-- after visiting on Thursday, TECH-VAC worked with my home warranty company who agreed to cover the repair. Mr. Nesselhuf communicated with me throughout the process, and Mr. Ortiz returned Tuesday morning with all of the necessary parts and tools to complete the job. Mr. Ortiz expertly restored my air conditioning system to working order, and the air is blowing colder than the day I moved into this house. Additionally, the unit actually shuts off now as it should from time to time. I would also like to add that Mr. Ortiz removed all of the discarded parts in the attic, made sure to close the door to my home when making trips back out to his service vehicle, and was a good sport about my dog.

I'm glad to have these guys on my side as the summer heat starts ramping up. If you're looking for quality work, I would recommend this company.

Great experience with this company. They followed through and actually did a thorough job. I’m so happy & know I’ll be using them for all my heating & cooling issues. Communication was an A+, which I appreciate it!

He did a diagnostic on my furnace to see if it was leaking carbon dioxide, and it was. We quickly opened all windows to air out the house. I really would have liked him to fix it but he said that he had to check with Choice Warranty to make sure that it's covered. That's the reason I got this warranty to make sure that my appliances are covered in case they need repair.

The technician was very professional, he assessed the problem and corrected the issue. I do wish he would have shown me pictures of the problem so I could have seen it for myself. I do believe the problem is/was more extensive than what was diagnosed. I think there’s a leak in my system or the coils need replacing! But I would recommend this business as it was very attentive and like I said professional.

I put in a request to fix my heating unit, and luckily they had a cancellation and were able to come out the next day. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Great company, would absolutely use again
